I work here, its a great experience meeting new people with a difference in terms of religion, race, politics sexuality etc. Work is never easy but there are fun games at the lounges to relieve stress. We also try to do fun activities like costume days and cultural events. Pretty kool.

The security guards tend to be very harassing, and the equipments are normally not working or out of service which is very inconvenient, however the managers and workers are very manerable and helpful. When issues and concerns are voiced it is very evident that they are dealt with properly. It's a nice place for growth and career development. Do your best and you'll be rewarded just.

Sutherland global services is the worst call center I’ve ever worked at I put ibex before it Sutherland is very incompetent and does not care for its workers

Please note that the establishment is a professional one which means it is holds on to its policies and procedures. Sutherland, provides a large amount of benefits to which includes, discounted food from restaurants, transportation, and discounted gym membership.

The location is very convenient to work time but on the other-hand , the building needs more ventilation. I got very sick after working there for 2years. Nonetheless I had a blast working with Sutherland Global Services at Ward Avenue. I just love the roof, best place to take a breather from all the Chaos and drama from the customers.
