I
flew
to
Jamaica
to
look
at
the
property;
I
like
it
and
make
arrangement
to
purchase
a
lot
that
I
was
told
would
be
ready
within
6mnths
since
I
wanted
a
corner
lot.
I
was
told
by
the
one
of
the
owner
that
the
price
for
the
3bedrooms
3bathrooms
were
not
going
to
change
which
was
17m.
I
was
called
two
months
later,
and
was
told
to
make
a
payment
because
the
lot
are
now
ready
and
it
I
don't
pay
before
a
certain
date
in
June
I
would
have
to
pay
more
for
the
home
for
the
price
was
going
up
across
the
board.
A
friend
and
took
a
flight
to
Jamaica
each
of
us
to
purchase
a
lot
that
was
assigned
to
us.
one
of
the
owner,
the
same
brother
who
told
me
of
the
last
plot
that
was
coming
up
and
assure
me
that
there
was
not
going
to
be
a
price
changed
walked
in
the
office
and
said
a
million
more
is
placed
on
each
of
the
lot
that
was
assigned
to
us
because
other
people
have
been
paying
him
more
to
have
the
end
lots.

to
take
one
that
wasn't
an
end
lot
and
the
stupid
office
manager
didn't
know
what
was
a
cashier
check,
won't
take
the
live
cash
she
told
us
that
she
could
take
$10,000
us
each
and
even
told
us
what
they
were
paying
for
the
going
rate.
the
agent
told
me
she
would
take
a
personal
check
I
told
her
that
ok
being
surprise
a
personal
check
over
a
Jamaica
certified
cashier.
I
told
her
I
would
post
mark
the
check
since
it
was
a
holiday
in
the
US.
the
agent
she
that
she
would
have
to
call
after
she
order
her
lunch
on
which
she
got
on
the
phone
and
started
arguing
with
the
person
she
is
ordering
lunch.
She
turn
to
us
and
told
us
she
would
finish
the
conversation
after
she
eat
because
she
was
hungry.
My
fiend
and
I
were
so
turn
off
we
walk
out
....
if
this
is
my
initial
experience
I
wouldn't
want
to
have
any
difficulty
that
they
have
to
solve.
I
am
still
looking
for
the
right
property
to
buy
.
Drax
Hall
Manor
certainly
is
not
the
place.
