One on One customer services is poor , a lot of lagging where delivery is concerned. This is place is under no circumstance is convenient .

They have a wider variety of goods compared to the Christiana branch. It's nothing to brag about though. The customer service was very poor on the day that I visited and I found that to be very distasteful. They do however have some shoes stands and space savers that I was impressed with.

Good customer service and experience sales persons. My only peeve is that delivery is charged even if you live next door the store which is crazy. I believe delivery charges should only apply for at least 5km from the store

DON'T buy from this company be it courts, optical or any other stores, they are con artists and thieves! Firstly they over charge for everything! And if you order online and to get a refund, they make it as hard as possible, when it was time to pay they took the money asap, but when it's time to get your money back they talk about can't give that amount back, can't refund to debit cards, refunds to bank accounts take 2 weeks, it's been 2 weeks and we still haven't got our money back, they are scammers! AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS. P.S. I remember my mother purchasing glasses from their optical place and the woman said to me if I do a test I'll get 5% off the glasses cause my mum is getting glasses I don't wear glasses so how did she assume I'd need glasses, I suspect they lie to people to sell glasses that people don't need!

Not gonna get any thing from courts ever. They want u to take the ready assistant. When i refuse the mangers start to show me bad face not paying me no mind. I didn't want ready assist to added to my bill .. it was like $10 thousand something . I wasn't gonna get any benefit . So I ask the manager to remove . She kept saying to me that the system at Christiana was down. I went their 4times they didn't pay me mind . So I bring back the furniture. It was the first getting something from them . I was excited. It's cost me because I have to get transportation to take it back . It was my first time. Was upset with the manager at the store . The furniture came defective. The manager need to be train how to handle customers and problematic situations with paperwork how to make changes with documents. Don't appreciate how changes to paper work is handle. It seem like you're bothering them . Like you upset them . One of the manager vexing up face because I bring back the furniture. So disrespectful at courts furniture store. I no people who use to like shopping there. Not a good place it all rip off too money. They wanna get rich off people. Don't no how treat people.

Place clean proper proper and staff welcoming. Quality furniture and products were on display to suit every need. Only drawback the town busy bad so getting there and getting parking can be an issue. But it still worth it.
