    The customer service was OK and I was able to do what I went there to do, most of which was to pay my internet bill. The staff was also very respectful whenever I approached them for assistance. The staff could be a bit faster though. Lines tend to get extremely long because of how slow they tend to be moving. Customer care is also very respectful as well but sometimes it takes too long to get connected to one or for them to get back to me whenever I had an issue. Overall, very average customer service.

    FLOW is as they always have been. Now a rebranded LIME/CWJ, the overall customer service is usually poor. My in store visit was far more productive than the calls to customer service - so kudos to the persons I dealt with in store. That aside, there are far too many negative experiences. The services work when they do, but delays for repairs and replacement by competent persons takes a LONG time. If their general MO would change, everyone would give them better ratings. Only reason they got so high is due to the few competent persons that exist within the company. Otherwise it would be zero stars.

    Waited 2 hrs 40 mins for x2 international SIM cards 😡 Eight people where waiting inside the building. As a foreigner I found the whole process excruciatingly slow and painful !!!

    Didn't get what I wanted. I had switched to WiFi just to get a tablet. When I requested the tablet I was told the wifi I signed up for does not qualify. I then upgraded to the Ya'ad & Road then I'm told I still do not qualify because the original account precludes to offer. So disappointed as I really needed a tablet. Now I have Wi-Fi and only cell phones.

    A typical visit will take an hour and a half - 2 hrs. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable but the service is really slow because of the in-store processes. Plan to stand outside in a line before getting a chance to enter the store to wait again. I recommend scanning the barcode at the door so you can stand in a virtual line and they can alert you when it’s your turn

    Flow is the worst company to do business with especially the mandeville location,I paid my money over 2 weeks now and each time I call am getting the run around that the technician are busy they don’t have a vehicle to do the installation,are they didn’t remember this company care about nobody and I’ll encourage everyone to switch to Digicel flow is a complete waste of time.

    Distasteful work ethics displayed by those associates who at the time congregates at counter three. They even lied about supervisor not being present and ordered me to go back outside to join the queue before someone can assist. Their level of unprofessionalism made me very much appreciates the team member who assisted me. Horrible day! I was there for hours going around in a circle. However the team member at counter one is an asset to the company. Very personal, excellent work ethics. Well done! thank you so much for assisting me.

    I waited HOURS to get through only to be told I was lied to about a 50% off mobile plan they were offering and that I needed to pay their double bill before I could remove the plan! They are the worst and I advise you against getting mobile services with them!
