Was a guest at a birthday dinner of 9, we were asked to pre-order to make the flow easier. Even with this done, we took over 2 hrs to be served. The server is yet to take our drink order. Members of the party went to the bar to order and still weren't served as the bartender was assisting the servers. The food was cold and the service was horrible. It's very interesting how active the owner is on Google maps yet the service doesn't reflect this level of involvement. I had to come back and edit my review. I was a GUEST, WE arrived at 6:30! My order stood as what it was, so whatever another party cancelled or amended had nothing to do with the table at large. A recommendation is to simply have a server confirm the order on our arrival rather than take 2hrs to be served. I did not receive my food until 8:30. Why would additional drinks be ordered when it took over an hour to receive? Look into your service and stop being a bully to individuals on their reviews. Your response is as distasteful as the service provided! Have a good night.

Our favorite Italian restaurant in the area. Right next door to your villas compound. Wine, seaside and the smell of the ocean makes this place a gem. You can tell the owner spared no expense in getting this place where it is at. The type of place you are not eager to leave after eating and end up digesting right there over good conversation! You will not be disappointed...

If I could give it a zero I probably would. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. We’ve been trying to contact the restaurant to have our wedding there but it’s been a nightmare. They don’t reply emails, they don’t pick up phone calls, and the off chance they do it’s like they don’t want to talk or to give you any useful information and they also don’t care at all. Just a piece of advice for the owner/owner(s): Future customers are just as important as current customers, and the type of service you guys provide does NOT reflect well on your business. DO BETTER!

It was very clean and friendly. The staff was so polite and professional. The food was good, I enjoyed my time there.

Service was good. Food was good. Ordered the Cajun Pasta: chichen strips were cook properly, sauce was creamy and delicious. Only thing pasta were over cooked. Friend took SeaFood Rundown and its was really good, shrimps were on the overcooked side. Other friend ordered Curry shrimp, was very good, but again shrimps were over cooked. Had the red velvet cake, was obviously a out of the box cake, nothing home made. Was dry and tasteless. All and all the experience was enjoyable.

I must say it was a great experience definitely would recommend. Nice music wonderful atmosphere and great service. Not to mention the food the food was wonderful but then again I must say I've never had beef broth soup or beef broth bbefor and it was very flavorful 😋

Clean and spacious restaurant. We tried coconut shrimp, pizza, and spaghetti with clams, and gelato. The pizza was our favorite. Our server Melbourne was excellent.

The place was really clean, service was a1, food was top of the line…literally everything perfect!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!! Took mostly videos of the place unfortunately. love the fact that it is fine dining and they stick by that! If you are not properly attired be prepared not to be admitted.

Great place, huge space . The food is good, prices are affordable. This property has an inside space, outside terrace, and a bar. Lot space for parking. A public beach is near so you may go to the beach and then stop her for lunch, that’s what we did.

Bettino’s Italian Restaurant was a very excellent experience for me and my wife and a great choice of s place to spend my birthday. The first thing that hits you is the spaciousness if the place. You are not squeezed in and you feel very private. The staff members are very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food is generally great, although a touch on the salty side, but that can be addressed through a small discussion with the chef. I love the beautiful ambiance created by the magnificent Caribbean Sea in the background, and the lovely landscape of the facility. There is also a great tennis court nearby. The restaurant is also complemented by beautiful and spacious conference and banquet facilities. Great place!

My husband and I had the best Anniversary dinner yet!! From the Garlic bread( We had to request more, loved it) to the Sweet chilli shrimp to the cream of pumpkin soup to our entreé, DELICIOUS!!!!!!! We had to personally meet Chef Omardo and show our gratitude. But before the meal that was entirely satisfying. One major thing stood out to me the moment we entered the door was our Server Romario, Romario is the definition of PROFESSIONAL! He's been nothing less than amazing! He made our night super special, he ensured we were comfortable, He promised us a surprise and he committed. It's safe to say he loves his job and we had the night of our life. I visited June 22, 2021 for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was by far an excellent experience. Our waiter, Romario, made sure that our experience and birthday celebration was great (complimentary shot, cake); he went as far as making special sing selections and created a dance floor for us. The ambiance was very private and welcoming. The food was great and reasonably priced for a fine dining restaurant. The manager Liliana was friendly. I will definitely be visiting again soon! Go as soon as you, I doubt you’ll be disappointed!

How can I not give them a 5 star review. Firstly, the restaurant is clean and spacious. You have the option of dining indoors or on the terrace. The food was good. The bruschetta and cream of pumpkin soup is to die for. The staff was pleasant and friendly. After eating we went to enjoy the scenery of the waves crashing into the rock. The prices are a bit on the higher end but I see what I am paying for.

Unfortunately it was not what we awaited. There are white table clothes and napkins, but both dirty. So, the feeling was not good for us and we didn't trust the food, though the taste was OK. The service was OK, but not too friendly. The place really has a lack of Charme. When we left, we were really disappointed.

Found in the Drax Hall estate close to Ocho Rios, this is a gem of a restaurant as good as anything you will find anywhere. During our visit it was simply a walk in, no reservations necessary. Excellent service and cuisine. I had braised oxtail, which was to die for. Very welcoming, seaside place in a beautiful condo development near Discovery Bay, Columbus's first landfall in Jamaica.

As expected freshly served and no wait. 🌊 sea view and cool breeze to cool you down. Great ambiance a must visit !

My family of 8 went for Mother's day and it was disappointing! I have been there before and it went well; hence, when I go back but it was the worse decision to go on Mother's day. The meals were very cold, took forever to come ro us, our bill was padded with almost 200USD and we didn't get everything we ordered. it was a hot mess that evening. The place is well kept and the scenery is nice but the service is extremely bad. We sat for almost a hour and a server didn't come to us I had to get up and go find out what was happening. Not going back and the meals are so expensive

Great food, the service exceeded our expectations, and management was very accommodating. This was the first restaurant we visited on our trip, and the owner Lilliana worked with us from the very beginning. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Lilliana, where she was very accommodating. I had booked a table for 18 people on Monday July 17th. Lilliana provided our table with her best waiter and cook for the evening. What was amazing, was that even though the restaurant was closed on Mondays, Lilliana worked with us and opened the restaurant. That alone made our group so happy and excited to try Bettinos. The food was phenomenal. The presentation, the taste, the wait time was all perfect. With a large group of us, the chef did a fantastic job in making sure the orders was passed our expectations. The waiter was very polite and professional. The waiter made sure we all had a great time being at Bettinos and that our stomachs were filled! Overall, I would rate Bettinos a 5/5. I would even go as far as 20/5. Bettinos was really that good. The view of the restaurant blew our minds. The calming sound of the waves of water made our hectic travel day into a relaxed atmosphere and realized that our vacation has started. I personally thanked Lilliana for her accommodations, service, and for opening the restaurant on July 17th. She was sooo nice and friendly. Everyone could not stop raving about how amazing Bettinos was. Definitely recommend and check out Bettinos!
