Like most 'fast food' places in JA the service is quite slow, there was only one person preparing the orders. The patties were good, the cocoa bread was not fresh though. It had been reheated, which alters the texture.

The service at pretty much all fast food locations in Jamaica will be bad but the food us good.

Nice place to stop and grab a bite if you're a fan of patties, coco bread and meatloaf.

Super tasty patties, fast service. No sit in option, just take and go. Very reasonably priced.

I thought patties in Jamaica would be great, but these were like the "Hot & Now" patties. The chicken patty was literally died blue, with a ring in the center around the size of a dime, which the worker informed me was food coloring. Why does chicken need food coloring? They were all mushy and not flavorful. Hard pass.

Please update your opening hours. Definitely not open until 20:00 (Sat Feb 25, 2023). People use Google as a source to drive somewhere and expect it to be open!

Cashier could try and put a smile on her face and seem like she's happy to be at work!

Lovely patties bought here. They have cheese patties for vegetarians. I can sya the chicken patties are delicious and served fresh out of the oven on the 2 occasions I went there. They sell cold drinks, buns and soups on occasions, but know that you are going there for patties. Close to Ocean Palms Hotel.

I ordered 7 boxes of patties to carry over to the UK. I ordered them 4 days in advance. When I came to collect them, they told us there were patties but no boxes- bear in mind I had a flight to catch in 4 hours. No one called us to notify us even though we scheduled to collect them 10-11 am in the morning. When speaking to the worker, she was very disrespectful. The attitude was horrible, with a lack of respect. No customer service whatsoever. It’s disgusting how they treat overseas customers. The supervisor was no help either. They tried to give us a big industrial cardboard box to carry in a suitcase? I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there.

So not a bad review but also not a good review so as a returning customer I call my orders in which always were honored with good service but as recent when I call in its either shorted where the patty isn't available Which should never happen when a call in order is cooked to order 🤔 Seems like a new employee with bad judgment of sales to phone sales

Made it known I was looking for meat patties while in town and 2 or 3 locals happily recommended this spot. We walked up from the cruise pier, it was a 5-10 min. leisurely stroll with a slight hill. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was awesome (and lava hot). We got 2 patties & 2 waters for +/- $4.20 USD. They took my US credit/debit card but it took extra time to process, so be patient. They would have taken US cash but didn't have change in USD, so I would have had to pay exact or forego the change. 1 patty each was enough for a big snack or small meal, though I could have eaten another! I had the cheese patty, hubby had beef, and my brother and his fiancé also loved theirs (whatever they had). We grew up in a neighborhood with a lot of Caribbean immigrants, so this was a nostalgic stop for me, the smell alone brings me to my childhood. Big up to this quick, easy, fast food haven. Thanks for getting it right! Note to the tourists: venturing away from the pier got us unintended attention, as most experienced travelers know will happen. As a group of mostly whites (read: obviously not natives), we "acquired" a local on our walk who was trying to stear us wrong. I don't know what his intentions were, but he clearly wanted something from us and kept trying to get us to make a wrong turn back towards the waterfront, and wouldn't leave once he included himself in our conversation. I started to act more agressive as my patience waned, as he was undaunted by our polite refusals. I started wondering if this was going to turn into a mugging if we turned the wrong corner (I'm a New Yorker), but didn't really feel endangered while on the main roads (he was properly outnumbered by our group). He eventually wandered off when we crossed the main thoroughfare into the parking lot of the strip mall that Juici Patties is in, though he was still trying to tell us that the restaurant was in the other direction. I expect these things to happen and am well versed at interactions like this. I would go through it all again to walk up to Juici Patties, it was totally worth it. I just wanted to throw that out there in case visitors/tourists aren't so sure of themselves in new environments. Just know what you look like, know that the people around you only ever see tourists spending money while they themselves are often in need, and have some patience and try to keep things respectful while also being firm. It's not personal, it's just a type of racism that whites abroad experience. And remember, not everyone is racist, but the few that are do tend to leave a bad taste that affects the rest of the experience. This literally happens to me every time I leave the tourist trap areas to venture into a more cultural experience. Don't let it ruin your day, just make it better with the happiness you'll feel once you get your Juici Patties!

Fantastic patties and the best coco bread I’ve ever had.

First time to have so called "Patties". We had chicken and beef Patties and they were so yummy. And they are good price as well.

Delicious Chicken, and Patties. About the best meal you can have if your living on a Budget. The only bad thing I'll say about it is that it's always full. But alas that's just another testament to how good the food is there.
