We
stayed
here
over
the
weekend
as
my
son
had
the
Bunbury
Cup
Tournament.
Beginning
of
our
stay
was
good.
Firstly
I
need
to
acknowledge
that
we
were
offered
a
late
check
out
and
that
there
was
misunderstanding
with
the
check-out
time
with
my
husband
and
the
lady
managing.
My
husband
had
left
for
Bunbury
n
the
morning
and
I
was
on
the
understanding
we
were
to
wait
for
him
until
he
returned
and
he
had
arranged
all
this
with
the
manager.
We
had
2
villas,
My
inlaws
were
in
1.
In
the
morning
I
went
and
checked
my
inlaws
out
of
their
villa.
The
lady
that
manages
the
villas
came
to
the
villa
we
were
staying
and
asked
me
what
im
doing
there.
I
said
oh
remember
this
morning
I
checked
Mt
inlaws
out
but
my
husband
arranged
a
late
check
out
for
myself,
mum
and
kids.
She
accused
me
of
firstly
saying
I
checked
out
of
my
room
in
the
morning
when
I
told
her
that
I
was
checking
out
my
in-laws
which
were
in
villa
25.
It
wasn't
making
sense
as
I
still
had
2
cards
for
villa
26,
so
her
telling
me
that
I
checked
out
of
both
rooms
and
saying
I
told
her
that,
was
confusing
and
accusatory.
Why
would
I
still
have
2
cards
for
villa
26
if
that
was
true
and
what
would
be
my
purpose
of
lying
in
any
case???
I
tried
to
explain
that
is
not
what
I
did
or
if
it
seemed
that
way,
that's
not
what
I
meant
to
do
to
which
she
abruptly
cut
me
off
and
didn't
speak
to
me,
she
spoke
over
me
like
I
wasn't
right
there
and
said
"yes,
you
did"
and
"that's
not
the
conversation
I
had
with
your
husband"
again
not
to
my
face
but
over
me
in
a
dismissive
way,
I
was
dumbfounded
and
baffled
as
yes,
there
was
clearly
a
misunderstanding
but
who
speaks
to
guests
like
that??
I
had
to
immediately
pack
up
the
entire
car
with
two
old
ladies
and
a
baby
and
young
child
as
my
husband
was
in
Bunbury
at
my
son's
tournament.
The
right
thing
to
do,
would
be
to
say
look
there
was
clearly
a
misunderstanding
but
I
really
need
you
guys
out
urgently
as
I
need
to
leave
soon,
I'm
sorry
to
rush
you
but
your
husband
may
have
misunderstood
me.
You
dont
belittle
and
dismiss
guests
and
accuse
them
of
saying
stuff
that
they
didn't
because
you
didn't
understand
something.
We
would've
apologised
profusely
and
left
immediately
and
been
very
understanding.
I
felt
very
disrespected
&
packed
in
such
a
panic
we
left
one
of
our
pieces
of
luggage.
Which
she
would've
seen
and
didn't
alert
us,
we
could
not
go
back
in
as
she
locked
the
door
after
my
mother-in-law
walked
out.
We
often
travel
and
stay
away
at
different
places
and
normally
I
would've
given
a
good
review
as
this
was
a
rare
experience,
for
service,
I
will
not
be
doing
that
given
the
way
this
was
handled.
As
far
as
the
food,
it
was
abysmal.
We
wasted
so
much
money
on
the
terrible
meals.
Your
chefs
obviously
focus
on
presentation
and
not
flavour,
although
the
customer
service
was
decent.
We
did
have
to
pretty
much
find
our
own
help
but
when
we
did,
it
was
decent.
Judging
by
the
reviews
on
Google,
it's
quite
a
common
thing.
That's
another
battle,
that
unfortunately
was
smaller
in
comparison
to
my
experience.
I'm
disappointed
in
the
way
everything
was
handled
and
to
be
treated
like
a
liar
and
dismissed
like
an
an
animal.
It
wasn't
acceptable.
