I took the time to reply to you as an individual, as I myself am so devastated that our bookings for our yearly end of year holiday was just cancelled on us! So in not responding personally, you show your lack of consideration for your customers! And that above all else is most Disappointing! I have also not received a call or email direct from you, which I would have thought would be your first response to reading this review. Such a shame, as C Mandurah was once such a lovely welcoming accommodation to look forward to staying at! Original Review states: Lost for words with C Mandurah! My family received a very abrupt email to advise us that our TWO bookings for this December have been cancelled! New Management comes in and ruins a good thing by being greedy and wanting last minute bookings for the facilities in October this year, via a Ballot system and no doubt think that the they’ll get absorbent prices! Have tried multiple times to call- no answer. I’ve emailed, no reply! If they can’t even handle calls and email- i highly doubt that the faculties will be run efficiently! Really sad as we truly enjoyed the time we spent at C Mandurah, and were honestly looking forward to our holiday at the end of the year! Absolutely gutted!

We booked a whole 2 bedroom apartment and we were given the 2 bedroom accessible apartment. Very old, dated, run down and no luxury at all. Furniture also very old and dated.

In response to your reply: First and foremost- I HAVE NOT had a reply via email. Both inbox and junk folders checked. If you feel you haven’t received a phone call, it’s because you didn’t answer the phone. Irregardless, now that you know that your Customer was trying to reach you via phone, YOU as the Business Proprietor should have taken the opportunity to phone me directly to sort this out. I am not defaming your business, I am simply stating the facts of what has transpired. I have two cancellation emails in my inbox for bookings I made before the Business was handed to you. Those should still be valid. The change in your Business model and whether your stake holders agree with you has nothing to do with the fact this this is a terrible and disappointing situation to have put your long term customers in. I was not ever given the opportunity to accept any new conditions, my bookings were simply cancelled! I am very disappointed in your response and handling of a legit enemy Customer complaint. It shows your lack of Business knowledge, and bad attitude. It also gives insight on the future running’s of this Long standing Business of which you have brought into! I will still be waiting for either a phone call or email response from you so that we can directly deal with the situation. I am still giving you an opportunity to make this situation right! Original review: Absolutely disgusted in the apparently new “Management” of C Mandurah. We’ve been loyal customers since 2016, and the new owners have cancelled our upcoming booking for December for no reason other than they are changing their business structure and wanting to take everything to a “ballot system”! It seems like they are doing this to charge more, but haven’t actually done anything to change the facilities! What’s happened to customer Loyalty and satisfaction?? We’ve never once complained, even though the facilities are getting old and are bordering on run down! We are just happy to holiday there! We have been trying to call them, no answer. We’ve emailed twice, no response! We don’t give 1 star reviews lightly, but this change in Management is well worthy of a 1 star!

Seriously overpriced for what you get. Cleanliness was very questionable; many surfaces were sticky. Nearly all the fly screens had holes. If you wish to use the kitchen, bring your own cooking supplies (trays, etc).

We had a really bad experience at this resort. They have a twin room setup with one small room and one larger room that has an upstairs. We stayed in the smaller room and we could hear every single sound the person was making in the other room. We hardly slept all night as the other person was talking on the phone very loudly. Whoever built this place should be fired. Absolutely terrible experience, we almost packed up and went home around 11am all for $200. Knightmare.

Apartment was clean & good location to walk in for a feed. Only flaw was the plumbing , a water hammer noise through the pipes when other apartments used taps or toilets. No chance of sleeping in ...

Have stayed here before wasn't busy so really happy about that. Carparks are a bit tight .. made before everyone drove a stagecoach size vehicle. Room comfortable and quiet due to low occupancy good location.

The apartment was lovely, basic amenities and walk to the shops. Nice location with jetties to walk on and fish with kiddies just becareful around the water. It was sad we didn't get end apartment. Lovely location.

I had a pleasant stay at C Mandurah Apartments and overall, I would rate my experience as 4 stars. The location of the accommodation is fantastic, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. To our surprise, they even upgraded us to a spacious 1-bedroom apartment, which was incredibly generous of the staff and management. While our stay was enjoyable, I do have one suggestion for improvement. It would be beneficial for the management to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the fans provided in the apartments. When I turned on the fan, I noticed that it was quite dusty, and as a result, dust particles flew around the apartment. This minor issue could easily be addressed with regular cleaning and maintenance of the fans. Despite this small observation, I want to emphasize that our overall experience at C Mandurah Apartments was positive. The location was superb, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the upgrade to a 1-bedroom apartment was a delightful surprise. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Good, large, clean rooms. Great views and pool. shops right next door. kids caught crabs from the jetty right out the front. Great location. Ticked all our boxes.

I have stayed at the ‘C’ a number of times, always very happy to recommend. Reception girl really efficient and lovely, and studio room very clean and comfortable. Easy walk across the bridge to restaurants etc and super handy supermarket and wine store next door. Very good value for money and will stay again when in Mandurah.

The receptionis was lovely and so was the location. but we were disappointed with our apartment. Paying 340 for 3 bedroom apartment was overpriced. No internet, hardly any kitchenwear. One a/c in main bedroom, none in others, spa was broken, tv kept switching off, no view of harbour from apartment..(as listed on advertised room info) really basic for a "resort". No-one on site to ask questions..The beds were comfy but😂 Lower the price or fix the problems and you might have a lovely place....VERY DISAPPOINTING😣

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and stayed with 2 young toddlers. The apartment was good size. Kitchen was equipped with utensils and there was youtube to keep the kids entertained. We also got a complimentary crib which was very useful. The place is a bit old and cleanliness needs to be improved. The AC looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time and when we turned it on there was a musty smell coming out from it. It's located across from the brand new playground which we love and close to the shops.

A great place to stay, short term. Need to upgrade a few things here and there but the shortage of staff everywhere probably has a lot to do with keeping up with this area? Lovely mature garden setting, reminds you of Bali. Communal areas are terrific with pool, spa & BBQ. Close proximity to central Mandurah with shopping centre next door. Would have liked to have stayed in a unit with canal and sunset views but wasn't aware that these units were owned or on a time-share and not available to rent? On-line pictures tend to make you think you're actually staying in one. Perhaps there is a need to explain this in adverts? Fantastic spot with clean and comfortable accommodation.

Receptionists were lovely, helpful and friendly. Exterior, gardens and views were beautiful. However the room interior was disappointing and needs updating to justify the price. Walls and skirting boards were so dirty, mugs in cupboard so revolting I wouldn't use them, mould in grout in bathroom, kitchenette tap very dodgy, bathroom light/fan sounds like it's going to fall from the ceiling, netflix and WiFi would not connect, musty/damp smell in room and the parking was shocking - mine and my neighbours side mirrors were about 2cm apart and I had to manoeuvre my belongings out through my car window or reverse into road and block people's path. I've stayed in much nicer and cleaner hotels for less.

We had a booking but due to unforeseen events, I ended up in ED when we were supposed to go. I wanted to say thank you to then owners for their understanding as I received a full refund of what I had paid. Still disappointed I missed out on our weekend away 😞, but thank you for understanding and refunding.

I cannot fault the friendly and beautiful staff, they are amazing. The location was good for what we wanted and the premises was secure. Unfortunately we would not be staying here again, the 3 bedroom we got had no fan or aircons in 2 of the rooms, this is disgusting. These rooms happen to also catch all the sun and on 43degree days meant night time was extremely uncomfortable where room temp was over 30degrees at 9.30pm. Having to then move our baby and ourselves in to the loungeroom. We were told that the manager does not want fans in rooms as its too much maintenance - Very poor. You will have to ask the lovely staff for pedestal fans (they will go out of their way to find some for you which is beautiful) the downside is the pedestal fans are no match for summer. It was a lucky dip with the beds you either got ones that were hard like a stone bench or it felt like either end would fold you up. The furniture inside and mostly outside had seen better days. We won't be in a rush to stay again and especially not during summer which is disappointing.

The room had a really bad smell I don't know if there was an issue with plumbing or not but it was horrible and room didn't feel secure as ranchslider lock was a bit had it

Had a girls weekend away, early check-in, a bonus. Lovely view sitting outside. The pool and spa great. Apartments need some maintenance, would be very hot there in the summer
