Rating is both for the frame collection and the staff assistance. Store is well maintained and I need not say anything about the Lenskart in particular. Still the frame collections are really good, the staff were very friendly and assisted very well. I would like to take their names as well, Jyoti and shwetha. Both the staff gave ample information and are completely aware of the offers and processes. Four wheeler parking is not available.

Store and staff are good. But they ship product via 3rd class courier DTDC who doesn’t deliver products at doorstep. They charge premium products, so should ship via better courier companies like Bluedart.
