This place located in mandya town. Improved area in mandya Town. Some improvement is want this place.

It's still a developing layout. All new houses but there are no roads. It's all muddy road. But I very near to farm land so very serene env for a morning walk.

A new developing area, very cool and clam,30ft roads with parks for kids,but the site rate here is bit too high,I wonder that there is nothing so special for buying a site there for such a high rate.
