Im very much impressed with the service here, the server here was always checking if we needed anything. And this was not even AC service. They provide hot water to drink. The food is very tasty and cost is Also very affordable. Would recommend everyone to visit here if passing through mandya.

This restaurant one of the oldest hotels . This would be my place to stop for breakfast as well as lunch traveling from Mysore to Bangalore. We had idli-vada and masala dosa for breakfast. Idli was soft and tasty. Vada and dosa was crispy and tasty. Only vegetarian food but it's the best you can find on this road. There is ample parking space right in front of the hotel so no hassle looking for a parking spot. Enjoy your food and have a safe trip. Here the meal is served on banana leaf with a wide variety of items and it was tasty as well. Service is fast and one should try to come to this restaurant only if you are passing by Mandya or even planning to stay as there is a lodging available too. You can also buy snacks, sweets here.

Among several midway restaurants between Mysore-Bangalore this one stands out for authentic experience. It is located in the midst of Mandya town, hence closer to Mysore. From the coffee to Upma and Dosa u get it crispy fresh with amazing tasty sambar and chutney. Bonda soup in the second half of the day is also delightful. This is a simple hotel to eat and not exorbitantly priced like other highway hotels. Idea for Budget breakfast and lunch with excellent taste.

One of the iconic hotels of Mandya.A must visit for a scrumptious lunch which will make you visit this place again and again.An authentic south indian lunch served very traditionally on the plantain leaf,tastes just like a homely food.Eat your fill and you never feel you are full which easily speaks about the standards of the gastronomic preparation. Ample car parking available, so a good pitstop enroute to Mysore to fuel yourself up.

A nice place to enjoy vegetarian meals. I have been here 2-3 times and tasted masalae dosaes, idlies, bonda-soup, and coffee. This can make a very good stop for a meal break while on your way through the Bengaluru Mysuru road.

One of the excellent Banana Leaf Lunch I had in recent times.. Items were very tasty and wholesome.. Kudos to the Hotel maintenance staff and people involved in this which caters excellent food in Mandya.. 10 out of 10

One of the oldest restaurant in Bangalore mysore highway, located in mandya . Not maintained properly. Food quality and taste is not good it's an average hotel for quick bite. You can try idli and poori which is little better. Limited car parking available...

It’s amazing how you get the greatest service in the most unlikely place. It was crowded when we walked in and I was expecting a long wait time. A person appeared and ushered us to a hall next to the packed dining area, took orders, he served us amazing dosas, idli, vada and filter coffee, getting tissue paper - spoke fluent english. I tried to leave a tip in the end - and viola I learnt he is the owner himself! He doesn’t like to see customers waiting and took to serving himself, and not once let us know that he was the owner. He served even our chauffeur with the same hospitality. Not only was the food delicious, I was touched by the service-mindedness and humility of the owner. In our culture we place a lot of importance on who cooks and serves the food. I think we were served really good food in all ways possible that day 🙏

Very very costly.. We din have choice since there was no pure veg restaurant near by so had to visit this place. The only thing I liked there was a glass of hot warm water which was served since it was raining heavily

Food items & service are good here. But the restrooms are not hygienic. No lift, need to climb steps, not suitable for elderly people. Though a bit costly, you can try "Amaraavathi". The food items, ambience are good + hygienic.

Hotel food is too expensive, the hotel has 2 table seating facility in non a/c and it's always full but we were ready to wait but don't want to pay extra for a/c the restaurant staff will guide to a/c seating, which is highly expensive, no menu card for idly and Vada its INR 90 per plate comparatively its expensive than MTR, PAKASHAALA, or any other Udupi hotels. Moreover the a/c was not on, who required a/c at 7am they are just looting people

It a small resturant. Ample parking space. Very small resturant with 4 to 5 table with 6 seater chair. Quick service. Had break fast. Not much option. Masala dosa was at par, crispy. Kesari bath was also good.

Took meals which costs Rs. 200 per plate and cannot shared. Taste was just ok. Food is served on banana leaf, else there is nothing much to praise about.

One of the best restaurant on Mysore- banglore highway.. It has authentic taste and the staff is very polite and good..i had meals there it was soo good...best south meals i had before i can say .. visit and enjoy your food while your travelling on highway

Very nice restaurant on Bangalore - Mysore Highway. Situated in Mandya. Food serves here is very good. South Indian & North Indian food available. South Indian full lunch in Banana leaves serving here. Whenever we travel between Bangalore and Mysore, we visit without fail.

Lunch is served in banana leaf, excellent opportunity for heavy eaters and super tasty vegetarian food. Worth every rupee you pay and make sure you are very hungry before you visit, sometimes it may get crowded it's worth the wait.
