    I brought a poor boy to have a break fast with me and they didn't charge for that boy and appreciated me really great hospitality keep doing good job guys

    The food was just below average. And the service is not up to the mark. Since this hotel is on the side of the main road it is advisable to improve the quality and taste of the service and food in order to attract more customers.

    It came when there were no big hotels around, easy accessible. Quality n taste is average.....there r other better places to eat in new town

    Did not expect this kind of service and quality from Udupi grand outlets...We have tried in Benglore but this was horrible we had ordered 3 Masala dosa and onion pakoda both were cold and rubber like hard...Complaining was of no use...And don't accept cards luckily Online payment was accepted

    An average hotel with parking but food quality can improve a lot and it's better to avoid the washroom it stinks
