Busiest market in Mysore area. 100s of shops including busy flower stalls, fruit stalls, bakeries, vegetable stalls, Pooja stores, Stationaries, Oil shops etc. are there in the market. One of the oldest market, better come by bike or public transport. Getting a parking spot is difficult.

What a market in mysore. Great old building and ancient one in mysore. We can get things in whole sale as well. Fresh vegetables, flowers, fruits etc we can get it here. I think more than 200 to 300 shops in and around the buildings are available. Even non veg were been sold on outside in a separate row. It's next to the mysore city bus stand. Prices are comparatively low to buy more things.

If you’re in Mysore, this market is really worth visiting. You will feel part of the local culture. It’s not a ‘tourist’ market. Nearly all vegetables, fruits and flowers, so as a tourist you are not pressured to buy.

One can find a great variety of fruits and vegetables. The flower stalls are fragrant with fresh flowers and beautiful arrangements. The area is full of small stores offering anything you may need for the home as well as clothing and shoes. The market plaza is great for people watching and the yellow tinted cows are everywhere.

It's filled with people and best place to practice your photography skills. Pro tip : please visit early in the morning to get some lovely flower shots.

The market is really good, with all types of shops. Lot of crowd. You can find each categories including small stalls to large brand shops. The center of the market is really cool as well. Benches are also available to sit, but depends upon the weather as well.

Even though it was heavy rain, nice shopping experience on dussera days, bargaining talent required to deal with this street vendors as price quoted for all items are little bit high. Walking through this street is better as parking spaces are very less. Some of the vendors are arrogant but lot of them are very friendly.

This place is always crowded 😅. You will get all type of products in this market. Many people shop here for their homes. This market is well maintained unlike the markets in Bengaluru. Different type of products are available in this market ranging from home depot to saviors. Be careful always ware mask and sanitize your hands regularly

A close friend and former colleague of mine highly recommended this place though this was on our itinerary. It was a revelation. The vibes, sounds and colours of the place are mesmerizing. Don't forget to soak in the amazing atmosphere of the place. The people there, especially the shopkeepers, are extremely friendly and welcoming.

A feel of olden day Mysore. Would recommend tourists to have a stroll in the market. A nice experience is you do not get irritated by the repeated queries by the shopkeepers.

We can almost get everything there from local to branded. From stationary to furniture. It's probably the best market of Mysore.

It's a delight to shop for fruits and vegetables here. There's so much vibrancy, and energy. It is one of the oldest markets of Asia. It is neat, and has a vintage feel to it.

Located in Sayyaji rao road, It is rated 5 because of its conventional beauty and clealiness maintained. One of the oldest markets in the city. Utmost care has to be taken to protect this building as it offers shelter to many small and medium scale vendors. This market consists of a junction called 'CHIKKA GADIYARA' (meaning Small clock). The local authorities renovated this junction and gave permission for vendors to trade across the Chikka gadiyara. You can reach Devaraja market via Sayyaji rao road and take a turn at KrishnaRajendra Circle(KR Circle).
