Servers of the restaurant don't know local langauge Kannada They are expecting us to speak in Hindi which we don't know This is creating between choas among customers Management team pls look into issue make them learn kannada or hire who knows kannada for better communication

It's a wonderful place for family dinner. The ambience is awesome and the staff are very humble and generous. The manager in the night shift was very helpful. Must a visit to this place if you are in mandya.

My experience at this hotel was confined to the restaurant. We found this on Google on the way from Kabini to Bangalore and decided to have lunch. The restaurant was fine. We had a fried rice and chilly chicken and because it was so hot, my wife had a lime juice and I had a lime soda. The food was quite tasty. The chilly chicken was a bit spicy for my wife. The toilet attached to the restaurant was alright in that I have seen worse, but it could have been better. Overall, a restaurant serving very good food, but the cleanliness in the washroom could be improved.

Food was not that great, ambience is good. Service is good. It’s not upto the expectations. We ordered chef’s special. There was nothing special in that apart from they got the same chicken tikka in an earthen pot and aluminium foil.

Hotel was very clean,tidy,very disciplined and friendly staffs. Service was quick. V went there for lunch and food was tasty. Restrooms were clean. Disappointed. They call that as deluxe room 1. Room size is very small for the rates they charge 2. No discount for direct booking, which is illogical 3. Staff has no clue what they are doing, receptionist is useless she can't speak any language properly 4. Restaurant staff doesn't know what does service means, they simply keep food infront of you and walk away 5. Ah about breakfast, there is not breakfast here it's just a joke they make, no South Indian food in breakfast. 6. TV doesn't work DTH was not reacharged 7. AC was not cool enough 2500 is too high for the pathetic service they Provide, disappointed to the core Never again

One of the worst hotel and convention hall I have ever seen, people are arrogant and the person managing it so rigid. If there was anything less than one star this place definitely deserves it. Don't book anything from here unless you want to hear them increasing price for everything.

Very very bad service. While booking they will tell you everything is available, you will get to know many things are not available after reaching there. Room service is poor. They will not serve food in rooms even after booking a premium room. Staying there was a headache for me due to these.

We were happy with the visits these days, but we were completely disappointed with today’s visit and the quality of food. Need to improve to quality of service, and attention to customers was very poor. The captain was also not interested to take the feedback instead he was convincing us to pay bill and accept.

Okay. Rooms are good. Some service issues there, such as AC didn't work in one of our 2 rooms and the automatic door closure shutting too fast with loud noise. We informed them, but the receptionist asked us to close properly as if it's our mistake.

Tried south indian breakfast north indian lunch and diner veg and nonveg also taste and food portion size was good ,the staff was friendly and happy to provide suggestions and food was served quickly.i would definitely come back to this place on my next visit, i given u 5star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 thank u

Very very bad customer service..the receptionist was very rude and the Room service was very bad ..he completely denied for an extra quilt and bedsheet..the bath room was pathetic...more over the rate changed for the room was too high for which they have not given us the service....i would suggest everyone not to visit this hotel.

Location is good. Rooms look new. They don't serve breakfast as their restaurant opens late I. e, post 10-11 am. Service was good. Faced some hot water issue

We just went to the restaurant for dinner on our way back from Mysore. The food was quiet good, especially the non-veg. The service was excellent. The waiters and servers were very attentive and prompt.

Very nice place. Did not come here for a stay but for a function. The rest rooms near banquet hall are not neat. Moreover that is right adjacent to the stage.

Good hotel. They attempt to provide you a 3 star experience at reasonable price (~₹2.5 to 3 K per night). Deducting 1 star for not so prompt response w.r.t. housekeeping. Even basics like linen replacement is to be prompted. Room is not done even when you specifically give them key in the front desk. But the cleanliness of the room is good and amenities are working as per what's written on paper.

Booked 4 rooms 1 month in advance to avoid last minute issues. When the guests arrived, only 2 were provided with lame excuses. It was embarrassing in front of our guests. Think before going here. Might find someone responsible hotels.

I've heard that the rooms are 5star. There is also a bar cum multi-cuisine restaurant at the top. All types of alcoholic beverages are available. Both food and the service are good.

In terms of ambience it's a good property and advantage is that it's on the main road The interiors are very good and the washroom is clean. But the food was not up to the expectations. Could have been better I am sure that this place will be a favourite in the future
