Rooms are not great. Dirty n old. Bathroom is old and almost looks run down. See to have bed bugs. They changed the bedsheet only after I complained. It was previously used bed sheet. Had to get an extra bedsheet n sleep on top of the blanket. Couldn't stay longer than a night.

Rooms were dirty and badly maintained. Not clean. Bed linen was not changed. Had a nap in the afternoon and was bitten by bed bugs. Asked the staff to change the linen. They changed the covers. I asked for an extra bed sheet and slept over their blanket. Could not risk sleeping under the blanket again. I changed my hotel the very next day. Over all I would not stay there.

The experience with the hotel was the worst ever. They knock your door midnight to tell you to talk softly. They were rude to customers and charged hefty fine for using the bathroom mats and making it dirty. I strongly suggest you not to go to this hotel and regret it later. And to add on I'm putting 1star because google doesn't allow me to put 0 star .

We booked signature Suit in this Hotel and we got southern India Suit which was wonderful from inside however apart from this everything is bad experience. No service at all. They gave 2 towels for 4 plp, after asking multiple times also we didn't receive towel. We order snacks as soup and tea both were not at all good in taste hence we decided to have dinner outside, so we had outside and brought food for kid to room. Asked multiple times for plates but didn't receive. Finally the major blunder was, in our booking breakfast was mentioned as complementary but in your side it was not mentioned. After showing our booking confirmation also they didn't ready. So overall experience was bad, management of hotel is not supportive, lot of issues we ourselves has seen in reception with other plp as well.

Hall is nice, it can accommodate UpTo 100 people. Since Covid 19, less people gathered. Function was nicely arranged.

Stayed here. They say its 3 star but didn't feel that. Bathroom was below average. Kettle was not working. Above all, they don't have a good car parking facility. When asked where to park car, security simply told, on road side. Not a great place to stay when compared to the price they charge.

If you want to experience one of the worse customer care, come here. No towels kept at the room, takes continuous followups. Receptionist is utter useless, no matter how many time you call, they don't act at all. They have a frequent pump failures , due to which hot water service is affected. The staff keep saying another 15 minutes. Finally you end up taking cold bath. Check all these before you check in.

Booked the hotel online. The hotel is quiet old, and might have been good long back, but for now all facilities are quiet average. Staff was helpful, but the rooms, bathrooms etc, though neat, still with lot of stains because of age. Car parking is 2 blocks away, need to be careful with the bedsheets, check ad get replaced as required. Location is good. Only thing the class is missing. I have visited the hotel for a function in there banquet Hall. This is a very small space and eating place is also very small and it is good only for a very very small birthday party of strength 20. Please see the place yourself before organising any event there. The staircase is so small that only one person can pass through it. The lift is very small and can occupy only 3 persons and no place for parking I advise everyone just see the place and its OK only for a maximum strength of 15-20 people only. Else you will regret later. It's in a prime location and parking your vehicle on road is also very difficult and it's next to a big hospital and a big vegetable market. You can imagine how bad the hotel is.

I have visited here recently and my overall experience was not as expected, as a hotelier I know how industry works and how things are still I felt like there are no hospitality at all in this place. We were exploring the place so we thought about visiting the 05th floor restaurant which was expected to be an olives restaurant but when we went there we were waiting for menu for 05 minutes then we got the menu after that we were waiting for almost 10 minutes to place an order and when no one seems to be interested to take order or ask so we just called one of the staff who seens to an interns took and order and he mentioned that pizza will take 45 minutes to serve so we decided to order some other starter and some main course and after waiting for almost 30 minutes and expecting starter to be on table we got to know that it's not available or quality is not good so we can't serve you . So we don't have the option left to just have the main course directly as we were already waiting from the long . People were not showing interest in the guests and the table who came after us to the restaurant was already having food and we were waiting for our food , and more shocking is when beside our table one of the gentlemen ordered pizza which he got in 25-30 minutes. Order fresh lemon 🍋 soda which were taste like made from preservatives and 100% not from fresh lemon juice. Staff were openly having mount freshers while coming and going and beer were carrying through guest elevators from some other floor, which was not a big deal. The staff needs to be trained in better manners about hospitality. These 02 starts are only for the reception team and the ambience of the hotel.

Can't say anything about the rooms, as we were here for family dinner. Definitely not 3 star hotel and not the 3 star service and definitely not the 3 star hotel food. For food i would just rate 1 star. Food doesn't deserve nothing more than that. If you're here for food look elsewhere. That's how horrible the food were. Costly, less quantity and quality is bad. Some of the items were okaish, but others were bad

This is a big hotel with Pub, rooms and rooftop restaurant. It has average parking space for cars. Pub is very good with great music and ambience. Rooms are very comfortable and room service is good. The prices are little high compared to other hotels nearby. The roof top restaurant is amazing with views and ambience and swimming pool. They serve great food but very bad service. You have to order the food and wait for 30-45mins minimum that's hectic. Food tastes very good but the prices are bit higher. Worth the taste they provide. Loved the hotel overall. They can improve their service in future.

Excellent experience. Receptionist MIss Amala provide all answer and query with Smiley face. Provide all requirements. Room is neatly, clean, Properly arrangements of things. Location is easy to find . 24 hours hot water. Full AC Opp JSS Hospital.

Not sure why it is called 3 star hotel. I just stayed with my family for one day and it is utter waste of money and spoiled my trip mood. You have to park your vehicle somewhere outside the hotel and need walk to hotel no valet parking and not sure how secure your car will be. Dirty beds they never change the bedsheets from the previous stay I believe have to tel room service and then he changed with hesitation. Dirty bathrooms it is worst and never cleaned from the previous customer stay and house keeping and room service have no clue on what hygiene is. Calling reception for room service is headache as they never bother or either ignore. But hotel charges are no lesser for these pathetic services, I wonder why should one stay there just to spoil your trip spending our money. The only positive is roof top bar and restaurant with big screen, remaining all negative. Same rates you will find much better stays in mysore trust me.

The hotel and food was good and comfortable. Only disadvantage we faced was the noise created during cleaning in the top floor. Overall it was a pleasant stay 👌

A very below the average experience. We had to ask a hundred times to get a door mat for the bath. The bedsheets were not clean and we got tea served at the room instead of coffee. Our request to provide some room freshner as the room smelled musty was not heeded for our entire stay. They made us wait for 'room clearance' for over ten minutes. They brought out a bed sheet which had a small smear of sindoor from my forehead and made a big issue of it before finally letting me go without even an apology. Never recommend this hotel to anyone. You will find a few cockroaches too in your rooms. Reception staff are not polite. And forgot to add...the ac remote doesnt work so be prepared to freeze or boil...u just have to exist at the temperature they preset. And the TV is only a toy too!

Nice place , we'll maintained rooms and bathroom. Value for money. They give kettle in the room. Room service is slow in the morning before 8. Rooms remain a bit noisy till late due to the parties on rooftop.

We had the worst food from here compared to all the meals we had in our entire trip. since the breakfast was complimentary, we had no other option than to take the food from them, Our kids hardly had any cooked food, they just gave a try on the bread, butter, jam and Coffee. We had to take the lunch on our arrival day, and not to mention it was an utter waste. not even the pickle, we could mentioned as good. My husband ordered plain pappad, and we specifically mentioned it was required just for him, but the waitier gave us a decorated pappad and that too for 4 of us. it was like a flower carpet kept on the pappad. and he charged us Rs. 200 for it. 4 of us managed to have just one of it,, and the rest three was returned back. this is just one instance. Even his hotel is a BAR Attached one, which was not at all mentioned in any of the booking sites. Had paid advance amount, hence was forced to stay here. Lift hardly accomodates 4 people. so we had to wait a long time for coming down and going up, due to this we never waitied for the lift, we had to use the stairs. (Pros : since this of ofcourse benefitted our health) They insisited to pay the full amount at the time of check in itself, hence we couldnt take an other option for our stay. There are so many options nearby for the stay. Even his hotel is a BAR Attached one, which was not at all mentioned in any of the booking sites. Had paid advance amount, hence was forced to stay here. Limited parking space, that too for two wheelers, they have arranged a seperate private parking space, but need to check the safety issues. Please dont get attracted to the photos seen here, it must have been taken just after the inaguration, it is not al all clean. restaurant area and wash area are jsut disgusting. there is a pool shown in the photos, please dont get cheated, it is in the restaurant area, so you can never use it. neither we get the privacy nor it is clean for swimming. It is just showcased.

Club Rooms are extremely small. And washroom too were a little messy. Better to book suite rooms. The swimming pool is only for 10 years and Below and shut on Sat & Sun (Absolute Scam) because they saw swimming pool Food is average at restaurant. The location is great,10 mins walk from most attraction.

I would only rate the location 5 star because everything is nearby. Club rooms are absolutely not worth it. And bathroom is not good. Suite Room is okay No swimming pool for adults it’s only for 10 years and below and closed on weekends, dirty too. Food is average

We took a standard room and it was compact. The room was tidy with all basic amenities (AC, TV, Kettle, water bottles). The bathroom is tiny but had required toiletries. We ordered lunch and dinner and food was delicious. The complimentary breakfast was a spread (South Indian and English) and it was good. Hospitality was great.

First time when I have came in Mysore one and half year before and till date enjoyed the service of Sepoy many times. It is one of best in service and food also. Specially thanks Raghu for take care me during the stay. All staff are supportive and enjoying their job. Happy to serve their guests.

I had visited this place for dinner and the dinner over here is very nice, I liked it. I had come along with my 3 friends and even they liked it, the service was good its just that it was bit slow.

Was an amazing stay. More toiletries could have been given. Room is above average and is worth the money. Food is okayish. Service was excellent. Kudos to Mr. Suman, he was so helpful.

This is a zero star if there is one. Reception staff is worst they don't even keep track of booking very disorganized. Made us wait saying there is no booking. Room service is pathetic don't respond on time. If still someone is booking during your stay ensure you don't leave any stains on towels and bedsheets have paid 500 Rs for towels, which was our fault anyways.

They provide two bottles of local water as a complimentary offering but we stayed 4 people. For an extra bottle, they charge 20rs per half litre of the local brand, and this payment is requested immediately at Night 1.00pm to pay and there is no filter water available. They are reluctant to provide a GST bill unless a request is raised through Make My Trip after that only given. While the description mentions a toiletry kit, it's quite limited, and they only provide a dental kit upon 2 to 3 request. Parking is not available in the same building, and I faced a struggle for an hour while checking out due to the lack of space to exit.

We stayed there for 2 days. The hotel is very accommodative. Staffs are very helpful. Loved their roof top restaurant. Beer cafe looks cool! But we couldn’t dine there as kids are not allowed. Food - buffet had limited choices but all tasted good. Reception is very responsive. Their swimming pool is the only draw back , It’s inside the restaurant and not deep enough to swim. We loved our stay here.

Room was good but bathroom was in a state of disrepair. Rooftop restaurant serves very good food but prices are on the higher side. Parking is on an empty open plot with weed and shrubs growing like crazy. Definitely could do with better maintenance.

We had a 2 nights 3 days stay at this place. The checkin process were quick and smooth. We had booked Sepoy Grande suite with complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and in good condition. All staff were friendly and supportive. The best part is the hotel is situated close to all the major tourist spots. They have their rooftop restaurant and the food was delicious and we would like to rate it 4/5.

Location, ambience is very good. What I didn't liked is service. Lift was not working for a day and phone of our room as well. We stayed for 2 days, but it wasn't repaired in our time of stay. Dinner was very tasty but Breakfast taste was not upto the mark of 3 star hotel. Parking is secure but at 50-100m distance from hotel

Worst hospitality ...they changed room category even after confirmation of suit room.. when asked about meal plan...inspite after having valid voucher with MAP plan they denied asking how much we have paid...check In baggage counter was also not available they asked us to keep baggage on floor near F and B outlet. And the swimming pool was just for name sake ..no response when asked for room service as well.

Being a travel agent had to face worst review from one of our client... Our customer was not given any facility according to the reservation category... one day before check-in they called us that the reservation will be cancelled if not agreed for change in room category...client complained against hospitality...

Oh all I love there restaurant which is on the 5th floor they have a pool also I felt like jumping into it but guess that's not yet open. Would give the food a rating of 4 just cause it was well balanced and tasty The view is not good as compared to other rooftops but the ambience is nice Good for romantic dates and short groups.

Went there on a rainy day at noon time for a quick drink.Even if there were only one or two tables occupied none of the waiters attended me for the first 10 minutes until I called someone.Drink and the snack was perfectbut the service needs to be improved.

They trying to give best. But not up to mark.. Swimming pool very funny. Better it remove from amenities.. Very expensive bar, I think it is not licensed, that's why the charges more. Remaining room ,comfort, toilet everything ok.

Hotel room was in bad shape. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. AC was not effective, i was not able to sleep properly.Not a good experience overall. Front office is least bothered even you complaint. I will not recommend this hotel to friends and relatives coming to Mysore

The hotel is located diagonally opposite to JSS Hospital and near to Ganapati sachidananda ashrama. I stayed there for 4 days with my family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. You have ample car parking space. There is a rooftop restaurant as well. The only issue I had was that I was not getting hot water, which was fixed in the last day. Beware, ther would be parties happening late in the night which might be a hindrance to your sleep

The stay was very enjoyable. Rooms are very spacious, food is very good. Also the breakfast buffet is sufficient n nutritious. The swimming pool displayed while booking is not for taking a bath, that's the only downside.

Its not a 3 star hotel at all. Not even 2 star. No basic facility. No parking. Phone was dead. No proper room lights. Two single bed used for king bed. It was horrible. Very small lift. Too much sound from the pub.

There is no kettle or tea bags in the room, the telephones provided were not working and they dint even resolved the issue even after complaining. So could not avail the room service. The restaurant was bit overpriced. Food was good. Parking was 50-100 metre away from the hotel in a small ground. And during rain it was totally messed with mud. I dint feel much warm welcome in the reception also. Dont fall in the reviews or photos in websites. The swimming pool in the restaurant area is not working. And the ambience was ok ok kind. Overall a decent hotel but definitely not a 3 star category. Considering the price paid, it was not worth.

Not good hotel. When we first arrived there was no water supply. Workers turn their back on everything. No hygiene. Bad resturant with average food. Receptionist are lousy. Won't ever stay there....

Roof garden restaurent food taste is delicious but biryani quantity is very less. Also, they charge their own brand water bottle Rs.40 per liter is very expensive. Diet coke and diet pepsi not available....

Terrible customer service. I tried making a reservation, and the payment was successful but the booking wasn't confirmed (seems to be an issue with payment gateway). but I contacted the hotel many times and they keep saying that they are checking and to keep calling back, and when I do, they keep cutting the call. I would 100% not recommend booking with this hotel.

Rooms are good nice place but service is really bad. Restaurants take lot of time to serve the order. It took 45min to serve French fries. Room service dose not respond at all. Food that is served had extra salty. It's tooo salty food. It's not only important to give good ambience and infrastructure but also need good service

With Milari's Hotel just a stone throw away, my dear friend Sandeep had picked this place for Buffet Breakfast. With a roof top opening, the ambience felt nice as we entered. And that's the end too of all our expectations! Everything on the vegetarian section was almost empty with cold food. The Idly's were horrible. I had to push a fork to hold them in place before I could take a piece!! Instead of the Vade, we had Goli Bajjis of Mangalore style (all cold). And we ordered for the Dosey which were brought in a stockpile and dumped inside the containers! Nothing hot was available or served. Chutney was full of Garlic and Sambar cold! I don't know the fate of people who stay there and come up for free breakfast, but as an outside guest this would be the last place, I'd come for the second time. In the name of Low-price buffet menu, places like these have started serving food that even the animals won't come near! Let alone eating!
