  I would highly recommend very friendly management who went above and made our stay enjoyable.the garden and pool very well looked. Rooms are very well maintained clean and spacious. We had a elaborate break fast ghee roast dosa was awesome, Good food good service thanks to chef who helped me in preparation of my baby food.

  Very good resort , slightly outside mysore city but worth going and staying. Good food is served at restaurant which is both open air as well as indoor restaurant. We were given a packed snacks and water as well apart from the complementary breakfast while we did check out. (Mostly Christmas special but that was a sweet gesture)

  We had a pleasant stay at Jal Mahal. It is away from the buzz of the city, but at the same time, is accessible to most important tourist spots without much hassle. We stayed in the most basic room. I felt it as a bit cramped for the tariffs they charge. The property is quite big. They have space for some indoor activities as well. Buffet breakfast spread was good. I personally felt that the Dinner menu had good options to order from and the taste was also nice. During check out, they offered a complimentary bag with water and few snacks in it. A gesture worth appreciating!

  Awesome resort. Very good place for family stay, friendly staff, brilliant food. They have a Lawn Restaurant. Dinner in this ambience is a must try. Paneer Tikka, paneer Chilli, Veg fried rice, Mix Veg Curry were all delicious. Cocktails and mockrails were served too. Rooms were neat and had all necessity required. Food can be taken at room too. Complimentary breakfast was a buffet with softest idlis, dosa, poori, toast, juice, cakes, donuts, and beverages. Nice play area and swimming pool.

  I stayed in Elegance Deluxe room. Rooms were pretty clean and good. Staffs were pretty friendly and well guided. I was anxious when I saw few bad notes in the review but it was completely different picture over there. They did have well maintained staff and assisted me better. I did notice staff was addressing the issues immediately.They do have ample parking for both bike and car. Food could have been better but was fine.

  One of the best resort I have visited till now.the receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The rooms was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. Best food specially the Asian cuisine, good staff. Very well maintained, good ambience .

  One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. All amenities are well maintained. Swimming pool.. Club house.. Its a 10 km away from palace and zoo. Overall good experience

  Wonderful resort! Hosted my wedding and reception in the resort, it was beautiful! Plenty of space for a medium-size crowd.. 2 huge gardens for outdoor events. The event hall is great as well. We booked all the rooms in the resort for our guests and had no problems. All in all, had a great experience!

  Located in a calm and serene place. A bit crowded all staff are too busy. Well maintained resort. Tasty food though a bit expensive. Vast area full of greenery with walk way and children park. Restaurant is a semi open area with privacy. Bar is well stocked and starters are awesome. Family with children will enjoy the resort. Good for honeymoon couples Very near to Mysore's airport and easy access to city centre and tourist places.

  The food was not that great. Felt Prices were a bit high. For 4 boiled eggs they charged 200 rs. The ambience and services were good. People want to try for one time then fine.

  The perfect location for some luxury getaway from the concrete jungle. Very well maintained spacious resort and spa experience on the outskirts of mysore. We stayed in the executive type room which was very adequate for small families with kid. Their restaurant is really good and pocket friendly with almost all the varieties in a modern restaurant. And for most of the rooms, the breakfast was complimentary which by the way was a combination of both English and south indian dishes. The swimming pool is thoroughly enjoyable and again was very neat. Overall their reception staff were very professional and cordial and were able to take all our requests addressed as soon as possible

  Very good location. Good ambience. Cordial staff. Food was really delicious. We had a small get together. But the restaurant for dining was not good, it was suffocating and a staunch smell was there. Apart from that rest all was excellent.

  Pros: Feels like in mist of nature. Lots of trees. Best for family. Nice kids area. Super delicious food at Lawn restaurant. Cons: Extremely small room for the price. Rooms were quite dusty mainly on corners & behind the cot. Staffs are not that professional.

  We were really apprehensive about the food service and quality based on the reviews but to our suprise it was good. Food was delicious and service was on time. There was a slight delay which we justified as it was a weekend and the resort was full. The resort also had plenty of space to run around and the rooms: we opted standard were also spacious enough. Plug points are hard to figure out as they were next to bed but were manageable. Car parking was a bit tricky even though the parking space is large but you might have to back and forth to park in the correct spot, there is security to help you if you are stuck. Swimming pool was clean and they also have a kiddie pool right next to it. Towels were missing so it's better you carry from your own room. Overall a good experience.

  Nice resort to hangout with friends on weekends. Great one for couples. Nice restaurant with tasty food and bar is also available. Well maintained swimming pool too. Cleanly maintained garden views. There's an availability of both indoor and outdoor games.

  Nice relaxed stay, slightly far from the main city. Very good amenities and the pool was well maintained. My kid had a lot of fun at the pool. The ambience of the whole place is good. One slight issue was that the bed and pillows were not too comfortable for me and affected my sleep quality.

  It's a good resort for family or couples. The place is located on the outskirts of Mysore but it feels like it's located in a different place. There are many indoor and outdoor activities one can do while staying at the resort and the food options are quite good too. Overall a great experience.

  A well maintained pet friendly property near Mysore. The resort is well kept and the staff are courteous and helpful. We visited the day after Diwali hence the hotel was completely booked hence the room service was understandably slow. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast buffet had an enormous spread of tasty food . The only feedback/ improvement required is in the bathroom which was extremely small and didn't have hooks or bathroom rods to hang a towel . Special mention Mr Ashish who provided excellent service even in the chaos . Will definitely return to the hotel for its awesome food .

  This place is a good getaway for weekends with family and friends. We wanted to take kids to the zoo from Bangalore. We stayed over for a day on this resort and next day we went to the zoo. Place is very nice , staff is very friendly and vibe is good. It's safe for kids as well.

  I am writing review because the way they treated the customers. Our family had called the restaurant and asked whether available or not, they said yeah no need table booking sir come we will arrange and when we went to place. Another 2 families with us was said to wait outside gate of restaurant. This was really bad. We do understand the COVID guidelines, but their has to be proper instructions when some one calls and ask. Many families reached from far places and they made everyone to wait on road outside gate. Atleast they should show some respect to customers by saying to wait inside restaurant instead of making them wait on road. Which felt very bad to all.

  1. Not a great place as you look at in website 2. No COVID19 precautions were followed as shown in website video. 3. Should strengthen reception staff, no English speaking or local language 4. Very bad housekeeping, we had to demand housekeeping support 5. Very bad service, we had ordered the food team has taken one and a half hour to deliver in the night and found order was missing but added in the bill 6. Post room service no one came to clean the plates, with repeated request. 7. Absolutely no maintenance in common area. The food plates kept outside was not taken and it was stinking in the corridor. 7. Breakfast and buffet found to be very normal and not great quality of food. No water served on the table, there was no display board in front of food containers. Very bad coffee and tea absolutely no taste. 8. The garden restaurant table was not clean, quality of the food was not great 9. If you are going for a direct booking ensure you demand to confirm the rates, the team give the rate over the phone different and demand more while settling the bill. Overall the stay was not great at the basic expected level and absolutely no value for money.

  Several reasons why this is place is absolutely not good. We booked 2 elegance deluxe rooms, when we arrived they didn't have any of these rooms available. They gave us lower quality rooms, and far from each other. No room service after 10 at night. We wanted water, they said you have to come down and fill it. Breakfast spread was bad and insufficient. They said breakfast will be served till 10, but almost everything got over by 9.30. Refills weren't happening properly. Room quality was alright, clean rooms but the matress and pillows was very hard. Very understanding staffed, and not very friendly. Good part- swimming pool is alright. Overall not worth the money.

  Nice place for stay and very delicious breakfast. You might be wondering why did I give 2 star even though it's nice place for stay with awesome breakfast? Here is the answer: We had selected executive room with breakfast for myself, wife and small kid. As we were travelling via Mysure, we wanted to spend night there and take some rest. We reached hotel around 10:30 at night. We slept and next day morning, we were checking out after breakfast. They send a person to check the room and the person came saying Kettle is not working. However, we didn't get time to even plug in the kettle to check that is working fine or not. I conveyed same and they checked with their management. They concluded that it might be by someone else and we were not charged extra. But, it was very embarrassing situation for us. When I shared this experience with one of my friend, he mentioned that same thing happened with him before 2-3 years.

  The location is amazing and the interior and design is beautiful. But the service is honesty the worst I have seen. The planning of restaurants are very bad. The outdoor restaurant have dead and alive bugs all around and tend to fall in the food. The food for breakfast and dinner is not at all fresh. Everything from water to even onion rings is chargeable. The prices are way too high. Do not recommend this place unless you only plan to halt for 1 night. Don't book with food. Not a good restaurant. The walking path was sandy and dirty. Very dirty outskirts of the hotel building.

  Find hotel, but they charge for anything and everything. The room service was not prompt and the best. For the service provided, the offices are quite high. On the positive side, the hotel has good ambience, areas for kids to play, paid recreational facilities, nice restaurants, etc.

  Nice ambience n lighting, so one star. Uncleaned rooms. Used masks were not cleaned from room. No bathroom o towels were given at first. For everything we have to call room service who never picks the call. Had to wait 1.5hrs to get someone. Food also is below average. Rarely any items n no taste also. Funny thing is they have huts to eat food which s far away from buffet.

  This hotel was recommended as top best stay at Mysore. As so we booked the hotel(25 Dec 2021). Though the facility at the resort is good, but following are the main draw backs and why I wouldn't recommend 1. Even after the booking room at this restaurant. The management don't have a courtesy to call us and confirm the booking and arrival. We need to call multiple times. 2. I request for simple candles for the dinner as we are newly married couples. There was not response from the management. 3. Outdoor dinning was available but they didn't even mentioned in arrival and showed us the path to highest noisy indoor dinner hall with no cultured guests and staff who are busy in there own billing business. 4. After dinner was ordered. It arrived after 45-50 min and first only ordered food we brought without any serving plates and we kept requesting them, then no spoons, then we requested for sauce and salad was just a dream. 5. None of them served the food. They just kept the food on the table for the dogs to feed. 6. Besides, I observed that the plates kept outside the door upon room service we lying there from the day of check in to check out. 7. While booking it was offered that there would be free parking. But initially parking inside the resort was denied and then provided later in some corner without any dedicated parking space. 8. Towels and bedsheet we old and not replaced. 9. Only single quantity of shampoo and soap for a couple was offered for a couple and with no hand wash in the washroom. I wonder what nonsense is this. 10. Non of the staff in the dinning area speak kannada and give us the option to talk in Hindi or English only. 11. Morning breakfast complementary, but worst than night dinner. All food were prepared early morning and served cold and donuts were hard as stones. 12. Dinning tables we not cleaning regularly and dish plates were not cleaned properly. 13. They neither provided tissue paper for cleaning the plates too. Trip advisor plz visit the place anonymously and recommend the guests.
