Wonderful wild-life experience. Safari is also available, although hardly any tiger sightings. The core area is out of bounds, hence the safari Jeep will take you to regular elephant sighting areas. Overall a wonderful nature ride. Karnataka wild life safari drivers are very professional.

Date of Experience: Nov 2021 Safari timing: Early Morning and Evening Road Condition: Narrow and but very good This place is inside the forest and drive from the hill top is wonderful. You can spot deer herd, elephants or a wild buffalos on the way. The safari timing is early in the morning and then another late afternoon. This will definitely give yo much needed break and bring close to the mother nature.

Beautiful place to play for kids it's too entertaining place there are so many elephants, deer, monkey's, peacock, forest pig, birds totally beautiful forest, and also there is small museum real baby tiger baby cheetah preserved in small bottles. Small lake also there and view point.

The Road Less Travelled - what i mean to say is select this route when you're going to BR Hills it's a scenic and well paved route, will be an amazing experience and also you have options to stay in K. Prompt Review - Children will be upset. Cannot see any animals waste of money Rs. 450. The off-road journey is on sloppy mountains and no animals will be found. Everybody knows it there but nobody will tell you. Just you need to enjoy the off-road ride inside jungle.. I suggest don't go for it will lot of expectations :)

This is a good picnic or weekend destination. Road is good and it will be a superb ride in the forest especially if you go on bike. I would suggest to start from kollegallu side and exit from chamrajanagara side. We have to exit checkpost by 6pm. There is a lake and huge empty space. There are benchs to sit. Kids will love this place. There is safari ride available. Reach before 3pm for safari if your going on weekends. Restrooms are available. Resorts are also available, but they are costly. Local person asked 6k per head.

K gudi is a forest area, where you will find elephants,deer,fox and other animals on the way be K Gudi.If you are lucky you may see animals passing on the road or besides the road.You might love traveling through the forest.If you visit K Gudi in early morning you may find some elephants which have been raised by forest officers or authorities.There is a BRT tiger reserve to get in there One has to pay 600 for safari ride,if you have dslr camera then fee will be applied for that.All the above every person who visits K Gudi enjoys the place....

Good safari , they will not start safari unless minimum 7 folks are there for the safari. Typical government style functioning , nothing starts on time. We were lucky to spot elephants on the safari . The entire forest is filled with lanterns which makes it hard to spot any animals. Better to visit during summer ..

K gudi is an amazing place almost 10kms near BR hills there is a pond where you can do photography and you can see deer , hog and other small animals and birds keep out of the other side of the pond you might get fined you can enjoy the nature with your family one of the best family visiting places in Karnataka no entry fee is required and road are small and slippery during rainy days twists and turns are dangerous due to KSRTC buses don't honk and surprises in the turns where you wouldn't have any road left happened to us for almost 2 times roads are good you will get few small potholes you get to see peacock near the roadside if you are lucky enough you won't find any hotels in this place no parking charges required

Awesome place to visit on the way to bandipura .....but elephant camp is fully empty wen I visited....no elephants wer there..... previously it was a must visit place....can any one spot wild elephant in photo I uploaded

Firstly beware of pigs there, if you leave anything attended will be theirs. Very scenic on the way to B R hills. The landscape is very mesmerising and there’s a safari point here . Quick stop and can spend some time and roam around. There’s a wildlife park also setup.

Weekdays are not busy , difficult to get slots . They take only cash -450. If you are lucky you will find animals amidst so much laterns . It’s mostly lanterns safari than jungle safari

You get safari ride for Rs450. Though it's expensive but it's worth. You get almost 1 hour of ride into deep forest, if lucky u will be able to get some wild animal superstars. Deers, monkey, owl are easy to spot.

Drive through the dense wild route and enjoy your cup of tea , you will get relife from all your stress

It is very calm. A perfect getaway from city hustle. Safari ride was good but it depends on luck, weather if you would be able to get a peak of inhabitants.

Jungle safari was good. It was our bad luck that we could spot any wild animals. The luck was so bad that even deers were not getting to see 😜. The safari driver took an extra initiative to get some sightings, but nothing worked in our favour. The weather was very nice and the place is well maintained. However the surroundings of the camp is spoiled by over beloved our people by throwing plastic all over.

Such a Fabulous place to visit at the Time of monsoon Like From June to Oct Full of greenery if we have luck we can spot the elephants Deer will be commonly viewed there...Bikes are allowed...Such a nice place

A beautiful hill station near Bangalore.. a weekend trip from blore would be awesome.. have to drive for 10 km thr the dense forest to reach this beautiful station which looks still more beautiful in Monsoon.. 😍 a must visit place if you are a in and around Bangalore..
