We stayed for a night. Resort is very good. There is a swimming pool and a river flows in the back side where you can sit and relax in the morning or even have tea at the river bank. It’s more of stream than the river. The restaurant in the resort provides good food. It takes order till 9 pm which can be extended a little. Rooms are good except for some issues like geyser not working and outside table and chair not clean. Overall it’s good but they can improve in some maintenance.

The resort is located at a serene location. The rooms are large and well maintained. The food and overall service is good. One drawback - they don't have a water filter and the only source of water is bisleri. They should allow tourists to fill up their water bottles to reduce plastic waste.

The rooms are located in a really nice place but the pricing is very steep. They have a pool and an indoor club. They don't provide breakfast in the package. This pricing only for the room is too steep.

I stayed at this resort for one night and here are my observations: Pros: The rooms are spacious. The resort has a car parking facility and is located in a remote area. It is located near the Kaveri backwaters. The resort has a bar facility. There is a fire camp available. The restaurants provided good service. Cons: The owner, who was sitting at the reception, behaved arrogantly and showed no respect to visitors. She needs to take some hotel management courses. When I called for room service, she was disrespectful on the phone. I learned to avoid her. Proper toiletries were not provided. The soap provided was Medimix, which costs only Rs. 4. No complementary breakfast was provided. There was no WiFi, so you need to manage with your mobile data. The backwaters were polluted with stinking drainage water, and some visitors even played in the dirt water. The cost of a standard room was Rs. 3.5k, but it was not worth more than Rs. 1k. The towels provided were old, possibly 10 years old, and you could hardly see the logo on them. It's better to bring your own towels. The swimming pool was full of chlorine, and it seemed like it was refilled with the stinking backwater. It could cause skin diseases. If you don't have your own vehicle, you have to depend on autos, which will cost you more for visiting nearby places. .Vintage bathroom and bathtub. In conclusion, I would recommend staying in good hotels in Mysore, which is just 30 minutes away from Srirangapatna via road. Alternatively, if you want to spend your money without any consideration, you can stay at this resort.

Had a great time there. We stayed there for two days but we wished we could stay more. They have an excellent cook . We had dinner and lunch there and every dishes were really well. Even they prepared veg khichdi for baby . The flowing river in front of the property adds extra feather to the crown.

The rooms are somewhat well maintained and clean. The place as a whole is very peaceful and tranquil. Food is really good and the service is absoltely amazing. Very polite, helpful and obliging staff who go out of their way to please. A huge thank you to Sunil for making the experience so amazing. Would gladly recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Amazing location! If you book a cottage you’ll get unrestricted river view. Though the river is shallow and not very clean. It’s accessible and you can get in the water too. The staff is friendly and polite, food is decent. You get to see many birds just by sitting in the cottage. they can do better with maintenance, some lamps were broken, bathroom door could not be locked.

Best place so far in mysore. I have been visiting this place since last 15 years and this place has never disappointed me or my family and friends. Average on stay quality but the free space you get in and around the cottages is superb. Staff is courteous. Food is average. Overall the rooms needs better and modern equipment like air conditioning, improved toilet facilities and flooring needs improvement.

This property is located on the banks of river Cauvery. Despite being at such a beautiful location the maintenance of the property is not upto the mark. Lacking basic amenities like proving toiletries, dirt towels and broken sinks and health faucet in the washroom. The most awful thing is the waiting time in their inhouse restaurant which takes more than an hour to get the food delivered are pachi the order that too after multiple followups. And room service is next to unavailable most of the times.

The location is good and so are the rooms and service. However, for the cost of the rooms, one would expect the facilities like swimming pool to be functional. The swimming pool is in a bad condition. There are no other activities available in the resort. Mr. Sunil, the attendant at the restaurant, was very helpful. Lot of space for pets, however be cautious as there are lot of stray dogs that roam around freely in the resort. Since we are not sure if the stray dogs are vaccinated, we tried to restrict our pet. Overall, if you want to have a lazy holiday, it is a good place. If you are expecting do some activities at the resort, there are none. Food is tasty and they serve in good quantity. Please note that the kitchen closes at 9:30 PM, so you need to order food before that.

We visited for the second time during a span of 7 yrs and had the same experience. Quiet and beautiful resort where the sound of trees leaves and birds can be heard mostly. Pure oxygen and open space to walk inside. Rooms are quite big and usually have a good view facing the geenary and a stream of water behind which is most probably coming from Cauvery River. Would love to go again in future.

Stayed here for the long weekend with family. The resort is next to Cauvery river, closer to old highway and easily accessible. I wouldn't advise getting in the river as it seemed a bit dirty due to rituals performed in the upriver (Srirangapatna- pots, flowers and old dirty clothes floating around). The resort also has a swimming pool which was maintained well.

We had a very bad experience staying here. There was no water from morning, had to use restroom outside the resort. Service part is worst. Not at all advisable for family. A person named Roopa who was the Incharge was very very arrogant.

Unprofessional service with good food and view- Staff is nagging for good ratings without good service! Good things: Location is great, can be reached easily via Nice road from Bangalore, about 1.5hours only. The cottage rooms have a good view but not maintained well. Plumbing has come loose in almost all spaces. Bad experiences: We were made to check-in around 1:30pm.. Surrounding area is maintained well, but rooms are quite old. Waterbed also needs to be cleaned a bit for better experience. Food and tea is however good, but the staff is extremely nagging to give us good reviews, almost harassing. Really need better management. Overall a good place to relax if you are willing to ignore the irritating management

Baths tubs are broken, toilet seats are broken. Location wise good view, but you should not enter the river, because with water ashes will come. It's very near to asti visarjan place.

The property location is one of the best but needs a lot more care and renovation. This can definitely be the best property to stay in Srirangapatna. Rooms are a little old now equipment is outdated.

It is very good and pleasent place. Who wants calm and pleasent Relax, they may select this place. Good environment, so many site seeing places sourounding here. Easy to access, totally it is very good.

A very good residence/ resort on the bank of a stream joining Cauvery within stone throw from the Mysore Bangalore Highway near Srirangapatna . Breakfast facility at the restaurant would have enhanced its value for guests . Nevertheless impressive .

It was a wonderful experience close to the River Cauvery. The area is well maintained by the resort management team. The lighting inside the rooms needs to be improvised.

We stayed in this resort for one day and one night. We had come in a big group. Place, location is very good. But maintenance is very very poor. Rooms are very badly maintained. Saw two small cockroaches running on the bed. Bathroom and bath tub was very dirty and slippery. Bucket and mug was very dirty. Rooms are quite big, but maintenance is very very bad. Flasks, in which they were serving coffee and tea are broken on the top, so while serving, coffee and tea was spilled on our dress. Food was also just ok. Not great. They have so much open space and river flows in their property, which is very difficult to get nowadays. Definitely it will be a better place to stay if they improves the maintenance.

Great place to stay and relax. Cottage stay was awesome. Just 20 feet distance cauver river was flowing, wow no words to express the view and experience. Food was nice and moderate price. Secured and spacious car parking. Had a fun in swimming pool. Kids play area is good. Overall this resort was a kind package for family.

We went to Young island for one day stay, to relax from day to day busy schedule. The resort ambience is good and well maintained. Food quality and service are decent. We used the swimming pool which was well maintained. The room is clean but overall it was not greatly maintained. Its an old construction house not very well maintained, the bathroom condition was pathetic and TV had very limited channels available to watch. For the cost we paid for the premium quality room, the room was not worth.

The property is of decent size not big. Rooms are quite spacious. Food was good . Apart from pool and river there is nothing much to do. One negative point : ambience was not lit properly at night. It was dark near to river and other areas so difficult to walk at night. Very close the highway . A decent stay overall.

Need to place order for food in advance if you are a big group. Not much crowd, you can have a good time as it is a huge open space.

Took almost 3 hours from Bangalore. They have a pool. the room has ac,a good bathroom the bathtub was dirty the restaurant attached with the resort was good was a little expensive thought. The Stream was nice although if you looked up the stream there was garbage the staff was very kind

Had a lovely stay over the weekend. Love little getaway from the city. The prices are great especially the food and drinks. Ask for Sunil. He took such great care of us. Loved it 👍

They charge a premium price but they don’t have even basic amenities like clean bathrooms, clean sheets, AC in proper working condition or Wi-Fi. Food was mediocre. Receptionist was extremely rude. We later on saw similar feedback shared by other customers but still no improvement in any of these aspects. Location is nice but when basic things are not in place how can one rest or enjoy the stay. High time business owner start listening to the customer, if he wants to improve.

We have visited this place quite a number of times and this place was marvellous with 100/100 rating . After a very long time back we wanted a beautiful stay at young island but sadly we are so disappointed …..! Bad experience though ! Washroom are worst with broken toilet seat, cracked and damaged bath tub , no toiletry set ,. The room furniture is pathetic though its cane furniture but not maintained properly the cushion fabric is hanging below the chair. The toilet tissue roll placed at tea kettle with no switch point .
