Overall
a
nice
gym,
best
in
the
city
,
decent
equipments
and
that
is
about
it
.
If
at
all
you
are
looking
for
a
proper
training
and
a
customized
workout
for
your
body
type
,
I
will
strongly
recommend
NOT
taking
the
personal
coaching
,
their
personal
training
is
just
counting
your
reps
with
a
very
generic
form
of
training
which
will
only
prolong
the
time
you
require
to
reach
your
fitness
goal.
No
so
called
trainer
in
the
gym
has
any
certification
,
nor
can
they
analyze
abnormality
in
your
body
posture
and
help
you
correct
it
.
Basically
it
is
bro
science
all
the
way
from
top
to
bottom
and
nobody
has
any
idea
about
what
the
recent
fitness
trends
are
.
So
overall
..
if
you
want
to
join
this
gym
and
use
youtube
for
your
guidance
and
workout
...
i
strongly
recomend
it
...
however
dont
take
their
personal
training
...
have
seen
people
taking
personal
training
for
2
years
there
and
have
not
seen
a
single
person
showing
any
progress
in
terms
of
strength
or
muscle
gain,
..
and
yeah
learn
deadlift
from
youtube
,
rather
than
a
trainer
there
if
you
want
longevity
of
your
lumbar
spine
,...
you
might
build
muscle
at
the
cost
of
damaging
your
joint
so
...
you
know
the
trade
off
of
getting
trained
by
them
....
and
last
but
not
the
least..
the
staffs
are
polite
