I would like to share my genuine review: The most happiest and satisfying part is the customer service offered by the staff person Ms.Vinutha, who is very polite, soft-spoken, friendly, humble and loyal; because of which you feel like purchasing only @Malabar. Whenever we visit to buy something and how much ever time it takes for the selection and purchasing process she remains patient and cheerful throughout with the same enthusiasm. Collections might be available elsewhere but it's really hard to find such a nice staff person anywhere else. Actually never ever have seen such an ideal person like her. Glad that got to meet such a wonderful human being !! Finally for the Malabar gold and diamonds, would like to say that you have a gem of a person- Ms.Vinutha in your team, so never loose such a nice staff person from your team.

This is one of the oldest jewellery shop in Mysore with over 30 years of experience! As we all know first impression is the best impression, visited Malabar Gold & Diamonds shop couple of years before and was impressed with the sales and overall services. One can see lots of varieties of gold and diamonds jewelleries. Also, silver and platinum as well. There is an army of decent sales staffs who are well behaved. I got an opportunity to meet Ranjit - customer/sales staff who helped me in choosing jewellery for my mother. Much appreciated for spending reasonable amount of time with us from start to end. There is also valet parking facility. Exchanging of old jewellery’s was smooth. Overall it was an amazing experience shopping at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Lashkar Mohalla, Mysore….

Poor Customer Service Recently visited this store with high expectations but their customer service sucks!!!! The sales person who attend us was so rude and didn’t even show any designs… I bought adjustable bangles for my baby within 5 months of purchasing the bangles got broke.. when I went their to fix that.. the sale person rudely told that they can’t fix it and have to buy new one.. And I was ready to buy new one but he failed to show the designs… never visiting any Malabar store again…
