Recently had been to Tanishq Mysore branch for my birthday shopping. Collections were pretty good and unique, bought a bangle as well. Staff Mr. Shiv Kumar was very helpful in explaining the items and impressive follow up as well which actually made us visit again. Over all good experience item wise but not with regards to birthday discounts.

One of the worst jewelry store to visit. Horrible customer service. They made old parents go to store twice or thrice which caused a lot of inconvenience. I made an online purchase and had to exchange and they merrily gave all the nonsense reasons when visited the store for exchange. No choice of jewelry as well. The lazy staff does not even bother to show different pieces if the customer requests. Will never make any purchase again. Do better @Tanishq. Completely dissatisfied customer!!! Each customer is valuable irrespective of how huge the amount is. Learn it and implement better policies. What a shame for such a big brand!

This is my second visit to Tanishq Mysore and i am very happy about the visit. The staff who helped me in purchase is Lakshmi. On my first visit i went to buy only one stud, but came out buying 3 😁. Yes, spent more, but got what i wanted. I loved all the designs and she was able to understand my requirement, on what type of design i want. With this best previous experience I visited even today, and same thing again, went to buy 1 chain, but got 3 😁 . The jewels were present there just as we wanted, loved it. Again Lakshmi helped me in selecting the design and helped with all billing and purchase. I am very much happy with both of my visits. Thanks Tanishq.

Tanishq branch in Mysuru has got lovely collections and excellent staffs. They are very helpful, especially Sangeeta Ma'am who is very supportive and approachable to the customers, and Nandish sir (Karigar) who helped me remove my ring which was tight to remove. The store is very neat and got beautiful collections at good rates.
