It is a chain - they gave discount coupon which can be used for next time They want u to come next time and next time and keep coming for ever , so that they can exploit customers for ever and ever . But we are not Ambani to have rich pocket. They have some brands of their own and very few other popular brands. Rates are to high as the quality . Single room toilet for men and another single room toilet for women. Only one person can use at a time in each of them. A.C showroom which is not necessary in our city especially during winter season. Digital payments , careless /card payments and cash payments are accepted.Money any way they will accept because they don't want to loose business anyway. Some strategy they use always to exploit. Public by means of direct/indirect business either by offering reward points of discount by coupons etc...

Really good choices at reasonable prices. Much better than hifi brands and clothing products are durable

Reliance trends …Vinoba road next to southern star hotel has dual shopping centre, other than clothing it has jewellery shopping too.. there is diamond jewels too.. and it has rare and beautiful collections of studs and finger rings and many more etc..

present in heart of mysuru city this branch of trends has largest collection compared to any other branches in mysuru it has parking facilities the place too is large it has 2 floors ground floor for women and kids 1st floor for men wearables you can get clothes of different branded companies here you get coupons if you shop above 1 thousand and gifts if you shop more than 4 thousand staffs are good and well behaved infrastructure is really good

Coupons are big scam now , worst hospitality. During issuing coupons they will say gifts are applicable even when. Coupons are redeemed but when the time comes to redeem. Then they will say no gifts are applicable. Ambanis looting public but public is helpless. Customer jaago . Go for max instead. Trends clothing is big scam .

Reliance trend cheating us...for shoes they said it 3k with coupen it 2k...outside the market/online market it cost 1.5k and in jacket aswel. Before buying check in google...i think only tata can be trust...not any other indian brand...they cheated me..u careful ppl.

Good collection with offers but I'm sorry to say that the attendants doent promote interest towards customers to purchase I mean assist to satisfy the needs of customers or they may b lack of knowledge to motivate .

Staffs well behaved, good. Cleanliness maintained shop. But problem is with the carry bag! Even if you purchase more than 10k Reliance will not give free carry bag. If you purchase in any other local shop, they give you extra bag.

Really good varieties for all age groups and since we went in during the offer time and it was heavily crowded. Their AC wasn't working which was a big disadvantage since the crowd was overwhelming

It's a reliance venture,choices are ok but the staff need training in customer service.They should trained to be more agile and business friendly. Typical Mysorean lethargy in them .It may be ok for local customers but not outsiders

Decent collection of clothes , reasonable price but the arrangement is not good and 60-65% clothes are for females and around 25-30% for guys and 5% for children .

Trends store is located in a prime place in mysore. It has very good collection of apparel. Got to visit this place for all kind of occasional wear.

Good place to shop for clothes only during week days when it isn't crowded. Billing counter allowed people to jump queues to go ahead. Little effort by shop to maintain Covid appropriate behaviour despite whatever they display on their TV monitors.

They have a handful of collections. Worth a visit. Prices are also affordable.

Facility is easily accessible, good parking space. At the entry every visitor is asked to get hand sanitizer, temperature checked and wear face mask ( free face masks are also available). Inside shop, it's very spacious and nicely arranged. Shop is properly ventilated and there is a proper space between the rows. Chairs and sofa is available at every floor for seating.

Long queues for billing. Very slow and disappointing. Had to bring to the notice of store manager about the poor management. Good collection of clothes.

Software or Network connectivity glitch played spoilsport in the billing, as the modes of payment was restricted. Baring that, the courteousness of the sales Boys and Girls, range of products and value for money has always been the hallmark.

I visited the one in Hunsur road, next to Hotel Southern Star. It is huge store spread across two floors. They have many brands including their own. Prices are mostly affordable. Some amazing offers are available sometimes. I am giving 4 stars because the collection could have been wider giving more options for the customers to choose from. But their limited collections don't give scope for exploring more. I have used Ajio brand clothes and they are of good quality.

Entire showroom stinks with lack of fresh air forget about air conditioning. The bags given to customers while shopping in store are tirn and threads are cut out. The bags stink. How does one put brand new clothes in them. Very bad shopping experience. Salesforce is horrendous.

Today when visited to trends show room...one of the employee of trends spoke very rudely saying that.. not to visit next time if we won't purchase. It was very bad behaviour of the employee that was not expected. They can't demand customer to purchase compulsory..it is upto customer satisfaction. Please do train the employee and the manager how to react and respond to customer in a good manner........it was just insane

One of the worst trends I have ever visited they don't even respond to customers and they won't ask, they just demand customers to purchase and if the customer refuses they ask them to not to visit the shop again this is insane and just happened infornt of my eyes ..... I have visited many branches in Mysore no one treats customer the way this ppl treats very worst management ever seen the manager should manage all these but I think he is sleeping rather noticing all these.
