Only Authorised Mi Service in Mysore. Went for a battery change which was done in 15 minutes, which was a surprise. Very professional service with commitment to provide quality service to costumers. Waiting hall is very neatly maintained and they also sell Mi Accessories like power bank, headphones, chargers etc.

They only offer service for mobile phones by Mi and redmi If you need any other products serviced like the mop p or speakers or lights, you need to book an appointment online in the website. The representative will come to your home and service the product. It’s a slight inconvenience but I guess it’s not much of a big deal

Service was done quick. Call support was good. Shop manager is responsible and knowledgeable. But receptionist can be little more humble to the customers (can explain some more in detail)

Staff not sincere. They uploaded software for my mobile. Collected ₹ 450. Did not give a bill. When demanded, gave reason with software problem, would take few hours to get a bill. Was my amount paid was accounted. Staff must have taken and kept it with them

The service is not good they only wanted money .. not giving proper service. They charge to much and not even giving guaranty for the service on charging to. They didn't give me bill to asked me to collect on other day. The terrible service centre. Not giving proper information

Worst response totally zero rating the response is worst they asked 20 days for replacing a battery and we accepted but the lady there told that we don't have batteries and we also don't know when will the batteries come to us she doesn't have basic behaviour she is talking with her own phone and doesn't responding at all worst mi service center in Mysore I can say

I visited here for replacing my mobiles broken display, after communicating with the service technician (travelled around 30 km up and down 60 km) then they are saying there is no stock and still stock comes I have to keep my mobile with them, very poor service.

Before i went there called to check availability of back panel red, it was available . Reach there suddenly out of stock, had to settle for black. Chaotic. Very unprofessional , made me wait . Worst service.

Bad service experience if something small issues in cell phone they replaced all motherboard and take extra for software updates and if we not ready to repair thy charge minimum amount of service cost of rs 450 or extra. And no warranty for all repaired part and all so no warranty more than 90 days.

When I visited the service centre, the receptionist himself told me with out consulting The service engineer that the phone has to be flashed and thus I loose all data and to get back up at KT Street. But I got my phone repaired from local mechanic without loosing any data. This is very bad experience. The people should advice the customer only after consulting service engineer. I had very minor problem in my phone.

Very fast serving at service centre and timely service..employees are very polite and understand the customer problems and take due care of the problem very instantaneously.

Staffs are good.Location is little bit inside need to search first time.I exprienced, minimum Rs.700 has to be paid if you go for mob service.

The service was good. But I had issue with mi insurance for screen protector. They sell the mi screen insurance for damage. But your original insurance is no longer valid if you buy this

As usual all service centers are all too costly They exploit us ever for a small components they will charge huge ... telling it is original .. It is common exploitation Because accepted in mass china products

Customer service can be better. No proper response from the executive.

I had a software glitch in my phone. This people just said that's a third party app problem and they did not do anything.

Now the response is quick and hope the wait duration ll b reduced or informed prior... I'm happy with the service
