Worst management I ever seen, especially in oncology department and lab, no one don't have humanity, all are money mind, the way of treating the patients and their guardians very rude, especially Dr. Venkatesh he don't have humanity and patience, he don't know how to speak with patients and their relatives, also in lab all are careless peoples they are playing with others life. I'm requesting to management going forward please enquire with patients about doctors and staffs, here nobody is not asking them. Totally had worst experience with oncology department and lab, other departments I don't how they are.... Hope management will take this as a serious and please take a survey from patients about the doctors and staffs. Thanks

Here the doctors are use there duty time to watch Facebook and what's app updates.. response is not good. I bring my father basavaraju B at 2.45 now the time is 4.11 still no one is taking care of it simply they are shifting from one ward to another ward for put bandage ... Respected sir please correct it and make ban of using mobile that too Facebook and what's applicationss and many more...

Sncu night duty nurse are rude behavior. she doesn't respect no one .She using bad words with sncu babies mothers.

There is no one one to give information about wards, counters, OPD procedures, you have ask other patients for all these. Rude staff. OPD doctors take a break of minimum sweet 2 hours.

Government hospitals are worst. I went to prediatrician building there are 5 cubicle, but only one doctor to consult the children's. So many people's are are waiting with there children's. Doctors and govt don't have humanity. This hospital have every facilities but hard to take advantage

This is the busiest healthcare facility on the Bangalore Mysore Highway...the time delays are due to the huge patient load. Having worked in both private and public funded hospitals, can say with confidence that the quality of treatment is generally standard and rational. Just that communication suffers and human resource management is poor especially with regard to group d workers,guidance of patients etc. They're also over worked. The lab facilities provided are not below substandard to any other pvt setup. They provide vitamin level assesments, cardiac markers, d dimer, CRP,etc., high end costly investigation at cheapest of prices to help the poor. With ayushman Bharath scheme things are available to help the poor for surgical and medical management. A patient attender sees the whole setup only from his perspective alone..people are less empathetic in the region towards the horrible work conditions of group d workers and junior doctors. Of course this is better than many other government college hospitals but is not the best also. Gaps exist in senior doctors behaviours at times ( but generally Good). The hospital needs a whole cadre of clerical staff specifically meant to handle patient grievances and more PROs in accordance to the load it caters to.

Really worst..... Sister Does't have knowledge....no Ayamma word boy.. There is no emergency scan and echo in ip patient... Good doctor's... But worst behaviour in staff....

Very good hospitals specially called gov hospitals I am not feel this one gov hospitals treat like an pvt hospital my father admitted and really thx to dr Manjesh and dr Charian who took my father treatment wonderful coordinating thx to team

All the management staff have maintained the hospital as very clean and organized

Best in mandya, free treatment for all along with investigations, famous with neighbouring district people too, staff responsible and caring, most of the advanced treatments available, all the emergency care available better than most of the other government hospitals and even better than private hospitals
