I didn't want to give single star also.. my sis was admitted for maternity, but very pathetic response no proper hospitality, they worried about electricity bill I guess. So there never trun on lights. There is no dedicated staff nurse. Only duty doctors will visit at they own time. We have to follow up and be behind nurse.. my sincere request dont ever apot this hospital and suffer. Before step in think twice.

The worst hospital I have ever visited.. My dad was hospitalized due to lung issue but they make to go out for medication N number of times and for claiming insurance they charge to put stamp and signature for their own bills and for insurance letter they do not co-operate at all.. Please think twice before admitting to this hospital and personally I do not recommend this hospital.

Doctors and nurses are giving good service,but poor management they are looting people money with out mercy.

Spandan hospital is doing a tremendous job in providing great health care services to patients coming from all walks of life. I have referred many patients and recently I have my wife admitted there. She received great care during her stay at hospital. I am thankful to the doctors, nurses and administration for their help.

Our grand mother recovered completely within three days of admission. The treatment given by excellent. The encouraging words by her for our response to the treatment and also for recovery was great. The personal and timely care given to me by the Nursing staff led by Senior Nurses/ Nursing Supervisor was also superb. House keeping team also did a great job. My experience at this hospital was highly disappointing. The staff appeared uninterested in patient care, resulting in long wait times and inadequate attention. The facilities were poorly maintained. It's disheartening that a place meant for healing fell so short in providing basic standards of care and comfort. Management should take action and make improvements not all the nurse are in this part only few of them because of them good nurse are pointed out that’s so sad … The ICU incharge doctor's performance was appalling. Their lack of empathy and disregard for patient concerns was evident in their dismissive attitude. They seemed more interested in asserting authority than providing competent care, leading to confusion and anxiety for both patients and their families. It's deeply concerning to witness such unprofessional behavior from a doctor in a critical role. Please take decisions thinking twice again not all nurses and doctors are like these spoiled people there are few Good ones available and management should take a class for those and made them to learn how to assist patients worst worst

Service oriented hospital. Not money minded. The staff is humble and talented. Especially Mr. Kiran, mohan, are realy great human beings. Pharmacy people never demand for money. They give confidence to the attending people. Dr. Mahesh.k is one of best doctors i have known. His calm voice itself heals us. His confidence in his treatment is unmatchable.He has the capacity to guage the condition of the patient in a few seconds. Today i am heal and healthy because of Dr Mahesh .k My humble and heartfelt gratitude to the doctor and staff.

Pathetic experience. People don't have a courtesy to look after patient. They have n number of staffs but nobody care about the patient. They'll be busy in their own work. They don't care if patients are waiting with illness.

Their dismissive attitude towards our questions and concerns made a difficult situation even more frustrating. It's disheartening to see someone in such a crucial role display such a lack of empathy and competence. Please be aware before taking decisions towards your loved ones.

I have admitted my Father Mariyappa in Spandana hospital 12 July 2023 for cardial issue, and admitted my wife Suma for dengue treatment on 13 Aug 2023,hospital staff treated like a family, each and every person like Nurse (Nurse station is very cooperative and always attend our calls with smile), Front office reception, Pharmacy, Ambulance drivers all are cooperative, Insurance team specially Madegowdru helped us a lot, House keeping people also very cooperative, Doctors and Nurses are so humble and polite and they will explain you very clearly about treatment and results, Great place for treatment and one of the best hospital in Mandya with all advanced facility. thanks to Dr Prashant, Dr Mahesh and Dr Lokesh and team thanks and regards Arunesh

Very well equipped clean, neat,nicey maintained hospital.staff and doctors are Well behaved. We visit for heath checkup. report was very well detailed. They also expains it and advice on top of it. what new we found is They do follow up on your health issues by calling you and advising you over phone. Whic h is very good. Cost wise its very expensive.
