HR team supporting to fraud, they came just for time pass purpose not to listen our problems, Store Manager Sriram and the Head cashier Madhu from Croma, Mandya A179, have made several betrayals to the company, Mobile phones that are for Exchange are sold Outside the company by giving to the customers for less money and making profit from them. As a manager, Store Manager Sriram has no product knowledge of any and he haven't attended a customer yet. Display product pieces are also being given for sale at low price without company's knowledge.(to outside Mysore vendors)he targetting the people for personal reason and fired using unnecessary matters, he is shout, insult, scold the staffs and promoters in front of the customer wantedly Kindly requesting you to investigate on this and take an action against those two.

I have purchased croma product with warranty but there is no response from them. The product was damaged. They are not ready to solve the issue. They are to lazy and if we call them they will neglect has I had facing the same issue from past 1 month. The staff are not well responsible for this job and service Is not good. And now the croma outlet phone number is switched off. How can I contact them????? 🤬

Be careful about Air Conditioning while you purchasing here at Mandya Croma, I really didn't get thorough information about the way it works , Sale person doesn't go through each details who will fail to chose best one. better you do the research and go I bought Samsung Air condition model number - SAMSUNG INV/AC 1T AR12BY4ZAWK 4S It lacks with many basic features which you do see in other brands 1 . remote screen doesn't eliminate white light to see what it is been set , it is highly difficult to select desired mode during the night , you have to keep your bed switch on. 2. I have seen many AC remotes remembers previously selected mode when you switch on the AC again but this one doesn't . Scenario : You keep AC in sleep mode in the night , You felt more cold and you turn off the AC . after while you want AC again and you switch on the AC, it doesn't start with sleep mode which you set previously rather it start with fresh . Now You will have to press many buttons to turn this to be sleep mode, more over this remote doesn't produce light in the screen , you may have to wake up completely out of bed , and have switch on lights of the Room and have to press the button of the sleep mode. Over all , it is not user friendly 3 . left and right auto swing doesn't come in this model . Sale person doesn't mention this basic information at shop . 4. Another thing, AC start fresh every time when switch on from the remote , it start at 24 degree as per the standard noms , but the fan speed high always, it doesn't remember previously set speed of the fan. I recommend not to go for this model and not go for this shop

Be careful while billing!!. When I purchased Oven from this store, the guy swiped my card twice while billing. Next day I came to know that & when I visited the store; asked about it, they mentioned they have no extra accumulation. I thought, it could be bank issue but my money didn't come back from Bank. After few days, I sent an email to customercare, they asked few details; whatever the available details are shared from myside but there is response! its been 3 months now. Point is, there are really nice people who wants to help the customer with their service but also one snitch can change the perception!!.

Very kind salespeople and even the security guard was accommodating. We found what we needed and window-shopped a bit as well. There were some saleswomen in the store which had no clue where any of the products were and kept asking their male colleagues about it. Seemed a bit unprofessional from management that they weren’t trained well.

We purchased household products such as mixture grinder and Refrigerator. The product quality is average and after marketing facility is very very worst. In the grinder plastic made items are not good quality, within 3 months and less cycle time of jar and grinder panels usage, plastics are melted and very poor performance. No one croma executives are responding to the complaint against the issue.

I have visited the Croma store for buying air pod with Bajaj finance , but croma members told me to visit Poorvika or any other store because of there is no Bajaj finance so I’m very disappointed from Croma people, croma manager what kind of training given to the staff,.

Worst experience.. sales executives never bother about customers.. never expected from croma.. executive doesn't have proper knowledge n they don't have urge to sell. It's like if you want buy otherwise leave it.
