Ambience made in with a pleasant manner and room is so so affordable for all. And not gonna worry about the basic needs ex tooth brush , paste , shampoo included hair dryer they have all the facilities. And comfortable bed cozy room. Well maintained room. Unlimited breakfast and lunch with self service. Mainly preferred to all.

Front desk staff is good. Neat rooms. While the hotel was overall decent, except minor things like broken hook in the washroom, but the experience with the waiting staff was worst. May be it was cause they saw we are Sikhs from North, they were unwilling to take requests seriously. From dinner till breakfast, they had to be requested multiple times for simple things. Worst is when they served us bread which has fungus growing and below that on the plate was a hair, too. There were no apologies also for these, they just said oh it's a buffet if you don't like what we served, go get it yourself! Wish they would have said it when we requested thrice for that. Dinner prep of what could be served was good. I think good place for people who are from Southern part of the counties as they were being served very nicely even by senior staff in the restaurant. Upsetting experience as it was supposed to be for a vacation! Surprisingly disappointing customer service in the restaurant who are working in the service industry!

No proper food is cooked in the Kitchen. This hotel is just a 'show-off'. When asked what's in the Menu to eat ? The answer is this is not there, that's not available and so on...Service is too late! Ambience is good and rest rooms are maintained nicely. Sitout area for chats, fast food and coffee/Tea is okay in maintenance.

We stopped on the highway for breakfast. There were a lot of people who had done the same. The staff had no clue on how to handle the people. Our order was taken 3 times and after 30 mins of waiting they told us that we had not placed our order. The manager was absolutely unapologetic and was busy pleasing 2 or 3 tables only as if the others did not exist. Good quality food but they need more training on how to handle crowd.

Food was average at diner restaurant. Staff are good excluding receptionists I reported an issue about ants in my room,had to call them back and remind since had no response for 40min later change of room and here it was cockroach!! Best part was there coffee ☕️ @ The townhouse Cafe. Hotel looks good but service very bad 👎

The place is so beautiful, so well designed. Especially for folks like us who have seen Amaravathi decades ago, when our Blore-Mysore-Coorg buses used to stop here for lunch or dinner. Now it is a completely different ambience, just pure relaxation to just be there! We stopped for a tea and snacks on the way back to Bangalore. The French fries were fresh, hot and crisp. The tea was delicious and so was the hot chocolate the kids ordered. we also got some chocolate chip cookies, which were quite tasty. The service was quite slow and we had to remind them time and again that we had quite a distance to cover with the kids. Otherwise the place and the ambience is definitely something to experience!

The hotel is well constructed but lacks the cutting edge needed for a 2 or 3 star status. They can use a good airfreshner to remove the stale smell which pervades even in the restaurant. The food is not up to the mark

Hotel was very clean,tidy,very disciplined and friendly staffs. Service was quick. V went there for lunch and food was tasty. Restrooms were clean. It is the best place to stop for sit down lunch if you are in Mandya and looking for decent place to dine with Family.

This review is for the restaurant. It is very good and not crowded. Food and service are very good. A bit expensive hotel but worth it. Usually during weekends Restaurants along Bangalore Mysore road are crowded at lunch and dinner time but this one was not crowded and a very nice upscale restaurant near Mandya.

The stay was quite comfortable. The rooms are clean and relaxing. A pair of slippers should be provided for the bathroom/room. If two people stay in one room, it would be better to have two towels and two dental kits. They do provide bath gel and shampoo, hair dryer, moisturizer. In-room service is quite quick and decent enough. The complementary breakfast buffet is good. Food is hot, tasty and has variety. Overall, the stay was good.

We stayed here when we came to India for a wedding. We have no complaints. The rooms are great, clean & comfortable. The staff are amazing and treated us all so well. When I next come to Mandya I will most definitely be staying here. Fantastic place.

One among the very few nicest hotels along Mysore road, very good ambience, spacious and clean, very courteous staff, and it's not expensive. The restrooms are really clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Rooms are at 3000/- per night and Suites are at 5000/- per night. If you are planning on a stop for a restroom break or tea or Breakfast/lunch/dinner in Mysore road, this place is highly recommended!

Restaurant is not up to the mark. Management has changed hands. Food quality is okayish while dishes are priced higher side. Staff need professional training in managing guests.

I had my breakfast while on the way to Mysore, it is just on the express way( you need to take a small exit and you can join back express way). They had a buffet and Ala carte option and the food was tasty . They have plenty of parking.

We had mandya mutton biryani.. Too good 👌🥰 very tasty and more than sufficient quantity, perfectly cooked, tender mutton pieces.. Good ambience.. 👌 will visit many more times whenever hungry and time permits... Lime soda was very dilute 👎

Very good ambience. Ample parking space. Good kitchen.. all these attributes ruined by untrained and uncourteous staff. The staff is awful and clueless - doesn't know how to handle when crowded and doesn't care when tables are not full. Hope the management reads this.

Ideal location, just off the highway, easy access, plenty of car park, huge complex, all facilities available. Trained courteous staff. Good service. Wheelchair access is available too. A must visit.

We have visited quite a number of times for breakfasts, I can rate this 5 plus. However, today enroute Mysore we wanted to have a lunch, our experience towards food is BIG ZERO, no taste, smelly oil used. Though we have complained the Manager was not available, the service staff have informed to communicate.

I went there to have a cup of tea. Tea and coffee are tasty. Ambience is very beautiful. Rates are little bit high but still good place to sit out

We stopped at this place for breakfast. We opted for a buffet instead of Ala carte and we were happy with the decision. They had a relatively good spread and would definitely say it was worth the money - Rs.323 per head (as on the date of posting this comment)

Good place next to the highway. Advantage is that you don't hv to go around . You can just get off and join. Good food and service. A large hotel and priced appropriately. Cost is higher than other restaurants on this stretch !

Awesome Place. We had our company meeting for 2 days & enjoyed a lot. Awesome food & excellent service. Staffs are well behaved & always eager to help you. Though I travelled all the way from Kolkata but don't find away reason they make really good sea food.

Situated right on the busy high way, easy to miss the turn to enter the hotel due to the new express high way. Budget hotel with decent room would need better maintenance for 3start ratings, no swimming pool or gym at the location. Only one restaurant with limited meal options. One of the best places to stay in the location. Parking available but with a bit of twisted rules owned by the security guard.

This is a new, fine dining restaurant and hotel on the Bangalore Mysore Highway. Ever since it's opening, it has had really good food. Both buffet and à la carte options are available. It's clean, has good staff. Avoid on weekends as it gets crowded and the wait times spike up.

The quality is very good. Right from the moment you enter the hotel, to the hotel room the service is impeccable. The rooms especially is neat and clean. You get good food in the restaurants below. The price is a bit on the upper side. But worth every penny.
