This is half n hr away from Mysuru. But what a beautiful location. All farms and all, no traffic and no noise. Peace... We saw a couple of peacocks on our way back from Mysore. No issues with food as they have a restaurant and if u want something else there are lots of nice dhabas. Service was top class and a high five to Shiva. He was always ready to assist us.

One of the best resorts for families with beauty of greenery around..we got the rooms as we expected it to be which was very clean and hygenic! Their hospitality and service was up to the mark especially by rocky and Aditya! Keep up the good work.

Good resort with best facilities for family and group travellers... Spacious big clean rooms maintained with hygiene... Restaurant is well maintained and good is tasty too... Sowjanya's hospitality was the best.. Keep it up.. Will love to visit again.

The rooms were quite big and clean. The property is also beautiful, and a lot of greenery around. The swimming pool is really good. The only problem was with the food. They should improve their food quality and options. Overall, decent stay with friends and family.

The hotel and property in general are decent but service is terrible, it's like the staff is dumb or deaf. We asked for buttermilk, they sent milk, we ask for lime soda they sent kinley soda bottle. We had given clear instructions before leaving for sight seeing and when we returned nothing was done, room was stinking from left over food and no ventilation. Bathrooms have some dark stains on tiles and commode, doesn't feel clean. Only 2 good things is double cot spacious rooms for 4 people and another is Ms. Soujanya who single handedly manages the property and always keeps a beautiful smile on her face.

It was a very nice experience at HM Resorts. Actually there were many bad reviews on the Google reviews & i was on a dylamo to go to this property. Then finally we gone there & had a very good experience. You will have much privacy. SOUJANYA & THE ROOM STAFFS treated us well. Thank you so much. Really willing to have our next stay in HM in the near future.

Nice resort for friends & family. I had stay here with my family. ( with my wife, 2kids, and my mom.) Very comfortable and very safe for families.. Receptionist AHALYA, SOUJANYA and staff like ADITYA and SHIV and all are very polite peoples. Feeling like my own house. Rooms , washrooms and surrounds are maintained very neatness.. Food also taste and good..

This resort is very nice, beautiful and affordable. The service and rooms are clean and nice. You can enjoy swimming pool and beautiful garden along with bonfire The food quality is also good. It is located in beautiful place. We stayed there our Mysuru trip during weekend.

HM resorts is a good place to stay with family and the staff is genuinely interested in the comfort and needs of the guests.Adithya and Shibu have been quite hospitable and warm. Food is good as well as the clean linen in the rooms.

One of the worst stay. Haven't checked the review and booked and we regretted for it. No cleaniness what so ever. Worst service. No hot water. Have booked 4 rooms and out of it AC was not working properly on 3 rooms. They gave compliment breakfast and which was too bad. They kept idly, Vada n some rice that was it. I haven't seen such a dish spread for breakfast Instead of that they could have charged Bf with better food. Their plates, rooms n maintainance are too bad. Only thing that looks good is their pool.

Staffs are cordial and supportive, but the process they are following is not up to the standard. Especially Morning Tea is available after 7:30am and breakfast after 8:30am with very limited options. The front office executive Rocky, is supportive and does whatever possible on spot.

Good resort with great view which is surrounded by greenery and inside is a good lawn and garden... Neatly maintained swimming pool... We got a good vibe at the very first when we entered from MS. Saujanya who made our check in process quickly and gave us a good room with garden view... Rooms were spacious and neatly maintained where kettle and toiletries were kept...Food was tasty and service was top notch by Aditya and Rocky... At the time of checkout we met the owner Mr. Devraj who is a very Humble and Simple man... Overall it was great and fun, and a memorable one... Would love to visit again... Thanks HM :)

Check-in to this resort if it is your last resort 1. Rooms have A/Cs equipped which works like a fan pumping out only air. So i see no point in paying for a/c rooms. 2. Access cards did not work till the last day(we had to beg them for access even though we paid) 3. Washrooms were poor(it was stinking) 4. Service was poor(water bottles were not replaced. When asked for water we were charged) 5. All the other customers were unhappy and fighting for amenities they paid for. 6. They said they have games but we they were broken. We had to fix them up ourselves so that we could play 7. Water facility near the pool washroom was poor 8. We were served a complimentary breakfast. It was not upto the mark. 9. Found a few cockroaches in the room Overall i would rate a solid 3/10. Advice to management: You have a fantastic infra but please put some efforts into maintaining it. Educate the staff to converse with the guests in a polite manner.

Very average place. Ac not working... we had booked 3 rooms and it was not working in 2 of the rooms. Need to improve their restaurant. The one they had looked more like a mess or small time hotel. Pool not maintained well. Location was good.

Value for money! Beautiful property.. The property felt very cozy and nice. The staff was very kind and friendly which is seen very less these days. It’s very close to the famous Poojari fish way restaurant. The scenery leading to the hotel is absolutely stunning so location wise it was a great property too. Made some good memories. Thank you!

The best resort to have a good time with family. The support staff here is are generous and Sweet.must visit resort.The food taste so homemade and very delicious.The ambiance is very spacious and calm for relaxation. Nature friendly and green environment in and around the resort.

This is a small resort. Stayed for a day with family in a deluxe room. Staff was courteous and was always available for help. Swimming pool was well maintained though small. Room & Bathroom were clean. But bedsheets, pillow covers and towels were old & smelling cigarette. Breakfast was horrible with just 4-5 options & not tasty either and they didn't even serve coffee. Tea was served in a really tiny paper cup. Dinner was average. Indoor games were not in good condition. Due to Kaveri trail marathon event the resort was full and he could have served better.

Located at Hobli, outskirts of Mysuru, this resort has got a very nice calm and serene ambience. The location provides you the comfort of staying near main town of Mysuru as well as offers you a peaceful stay away from cacophony of a busy town. They’ve got ample parking space. The staffs are polite, courteous and helpful. Rooms are pretty cozy, neat, hygienic with huge washroom. Breakfast was super tasty. It was a very nice stay in the resort. Would like to request the authority to find a permanent solution to the issue of power cuts. Overall verdict- definitely recommended.

One of the best stay in and around Mysore. If you are looking for a decent stay with family, out of the city I would recommend this. Mr. Adithya and Sowjanya was very welcoming, I love their hospitality. We went there around 8.30PM, and they made us feel comfortable like family. I would rate this place 5/5.

For the past three months, I was working there and for some reason I did not go to him and told him that I was going home. But they didn't give me a single chance I had to avoid them and go to my house. He was working. Being a regular traveller visiting HM Resorts was one of my best choices. The Resort is nearby to Mysuru and nicely maintained...The staff are professional and will try their best to make the Guests happy.Rooms are vast and spacious especially the washrooms. Garden and pool area good for dining at night with group's and bonfire was put for us on request. Pool very clean and neatly maintained. Breakfast and food tastes very good. Overall Happy and good experience at the place

Had our best trip experience at Mysore and by the luxurious experience at HM Resort.Service and hospitality at it's best.. (especially Adi)..Rooms well maintained and particularly the washrooms. House keeping was done regularly during our 2 days stay . Food tasty, alcohol served at the property itself...Overall great and had a great time at the resort ..

We had a great time at HM resort. Was on holiday with family for 3 days. Rooms are nice and staff are good. Special mention about Miss Soujanya, who was very accommodative and dedicated towards the guests. Would like to stay in the resort again during my next visit.

The experience was quite unpleasant because of the unclean rooms and bathrooms. The bathroom was particularly dreadful with non-functional flushes, and overall cleanliness was severely lacking. Service was subpar, with issues like a leaking air conditioner and a dirty kettle. Additionally, the presence of a beehive near the window posed a potential danger. The food quality wasn't satisfactory either.I wouldn't recommend this resort based on my disappointing experience.
