Horrible. Bathroom inside knob was broken. Unaware of this I closed the door as usual and it got locked. I was stuck in washroom for almost 20 minutes struggling to open the door and no help from outside as it was a single occupancy. Somehow managed to open it after a long battle. Hot water was not available. Called the receptionist he said to flush out 3 buckets of water from hot water tap. Did several buckets still no hot water! Reception landline was unserviceable. Room is big but old fashioned having only one tube light which is not enough. Gives a gloomy impact on the persons staying. Only good thing is the service of food. Quick response. Quality of food is okayish.

The worst restaurant, the taste is not good and it wasn't hot, in a meal we got kesari bath which we just felt like rava and sugar mixed with water (lot of lumps) and their services are bad. The toilet is not clean.

Hotel Jyothi International is good budget class Hotel in Mandya - adjacent to the city on the Bangalore Mysore Highway. Feel a good Hotel - I could not experience it in detail as I did not stay there. Easy access to the city, Main Road access etc., A vegetarian restaurant is attached to it - which has a spacious restaurant. Clean generally and ambience good. They serve South Indian veg dishes. Nice ofcourse..🙂👍

Reviewing the restaurant only - Food is just average. Service is pathetic. The waiter doesn't even notice you at the table, he will come to take the order only when he wants to 😂. You wait for about 10 mins, place the order, wait another 15 mins for it to be served. Better places are available. I see similar reviews a year ago, nothing has changed since.. don't waste your time here.

I have stumbled upon this place in my search for good food. havent stayed at this place. Ordered a Fried rice. Taste was above average. Price is on the costlier side. Overall a nice place to spend some time, rest for a while and continue the journey.

We had Dinner at the Restaurant there. The Name of the Restaurant is Annapoorneswari Restaurant. The Food items were good and reasonably priced. However the Restaurant is closed after 9 pm. There was sufficient parking space for Cars.

Cheap and worth the price. But if u want comfort, this is not the place u are looking for. The resto is good

This hotel is very easily accessible from the highway. I have visited this page more than once and one thing that always annoys me is that the food takes a while to be delivered. Quality is good okay but nothing to write home about

Food was bad. Staff was rude. Only advantage is the access from highway.

Take the hint if you breakfast here. You will observe empty seats but the plates of previous eaters left there itself. This was the situation for at least 10-20 minutes. The staff at the reception blatantly ignoring all this. Finally we walked out because of no service. I hope the next customer takes a photo of this apathy.

Food is good tea coffee awesome but cleanliness is not so good

It's a average ratings hotel room interior is good no cleanliness room service is very bad they have there own kichen food is good but service hall lack cleanliness in the morning large crowd will be there for breakfast n they have ample parking space.

We had our breakfast, but after billing they gave us 100rs less as we were in hurry. Kot a good sign from the customer care.

Rooms are not at all clean. Not maintained at all. We had to ask multiple times to clean the place and provide clean things. Did not try food here because we had received feed back about the quality of food. Dint dare to try it.

We had a breakfast at Annapurna which is on same building of Jyothi International, service was not up to the mark, we waited for 15 mins to get the bill, more than 15 minutes to get the order.

Worst food & infrastructure, food supply not proper first they dosa with chatney after they chatney given while billing time, worst washrooms, no proper maintenance.

The food was not so good. The most disappointing thing was that in the menu there was only 3-4 dishes. I was skeptical about that. We had been there in the evening. They had only dosas. It was not that good. Poor service. In the billing counter, staffs were very ambiguous and they created so much chaos.

Badly maintained, poor infrastructure, see that the owners have forgotten about the maintenance once this was commissioned years ago. Very limited menu, hardly any customers. You might land in this place only by mistake.

Well it says International, but no where near it. Rooms are spacious, washroom are decent. But service wise pathetic. There was an issue with the AC n throught our star they coul not fix it. Same goes for TV as well. They could nt arrage another room either. So pls ensure things are upto date before check-in

One of the worst experience. I booked the room in person. I was asked to pay for both the days I was to stay. I get into the room, I see bed is riddled with ants and I also see rat droppings all over the room. Not only do they not own the mistake, they refused to pay the whole money back. They said they will withhold payment for a day. This is tantamount to fraud. Worst people. My recommendation - Boycott this hotel!

Hotel is maintained well and good but while the time of room cleaning n bedsheet change they are not doing properly they use same bedsheet after cleaning the room . Hotel food is all good n budget friendly

Had been to this couple of times (Before Corona) but this time I was taken by surprise. Food was delicious, all the items we took was sooo good. Must try : Idly (very soft and felt like butter), Tomato rice, Vada.

Hotel looks very big from outside,but taste is not upto the mark,u get cold idli in hot sambar u can imagine the taste not worth eating even price is high,coffee is also not good.incase u don't get any hotels on Mysore highway to eat then u can think of this hotel.

Not worth visiting if you have other options. Food was not good , completely salty and 100 rs for a dosa cut into 3 pieces and becomes soggy in minutes is not at all worth . Just Ok type if you don't have any option. Food is good but price is high as compared to Normal hotel. One bada price is 60 rupees. Service is very bad.
