Ambience is so good, we had no issues with anything. Everything is good about it. Staff is friendly and they have delivered food at late night.

Extremely bad service and condition of rooms. The bed sheet was not changed after the previous guest. No towel or amenities provided. People who were there not cooperative. Bathroom was not clean

One of the worst stays... extremely unhygienic room with no amenities ... I took the suit room and there was no hot water even though I told them 3 times...there were lot of bugs like spiders and cockroach in the room and even ants in the bed...the roms were not cleaned after the last person stayed...we got hairs in bed and the tub...there were dead ants inside the kettle also.. they did not even give a bottle of water...staying here was the worst decision i made...

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the Vilasini Inn for 3 days. The staff was cordial and very accommodating. All the amenities are there and more are upcoming as we speak I would recommend anyone to have a stay here.
