Gym
is
good
with
all
types
of
equipments
and
rates
are
reasonable
too
for
strength
training...
But
i
felt
rates
are
little
high
for
Cardio.
After
2
months:
One
thing
i
suggest
is
not
to
take
personal
training
here,
its
is
not
worth
for
the
price
in
my
opinion
and
i
have
also
talked
with
many
in
Gym
who
are
not
satisfied
with
service
provided
under
PT(personal
training)
Update
after
3
months:
We
got
a
new
trainer
from
chennai
he
is
good
and
teaching
everyone
and
correcting
thier
form
regardless
of
wether
u
take
PT
or
not.
Now
for
PT
i
havent
taken
one
but
from
what
i
am
seeing
others
and
talking
to
people
who
has
taken
PT
i
came
to
know
this
trainer
is
much
better
compared
to
previous
one.
To
know
new
exercises
and
to
make
your
form
correct
while
performing
exercises
u
can
take
PT
based
on
your
wish.
-
If
you
are
a
regular
gym
goer
try
to
bargain,
owner
is
good
he
might
reduce
the
price
by
little.
-
This
Gym
wont
be
open
on
sundays
