very rude behavior from the manager towards the customer and not giving any prior intimation for charges that they are going to charge from the customer. My bike was in the guarantee period, there is a small problem with the battery. During the guarantee period company have to take care of those free of cost. But they charged me the full money for the battery. They gave me a very hard time in giving me the bike. This is my last time buying a bike from that showroom and recommends everyone not bike anything from there. As the manager is rude towards the customer service. I suggest the zonal head take necessary action, if not this end closing the showroom. Customers give the reviews only for the service that they were provided by the showroom guys, not any personal grudge.

Service is too bad don't expect service here. I had given bike SERVICE here my bike is one year old while giving they said only oil replacement is enough. They called me during tele conversion they said YOUR BIKE all parts are damaged need replacement. I said my bike is one year old no need replacement parts they argued me like anything. They finally realized that bike number not belongs me and tele conversation boy is very rude....

Not much to say. Car parking for the visitors is a problem. Sales executives must keep the mobiles aside, while speaking to visitors. Not much efforts put-in to convince or impress the visitor.
