Be careful for family couple There is no response from the management Worst hotel Worst hotel Worst hotel By seeing the reviews, i got an impression that the hotel is in budget but they charged the prices of an 3 star hotel and the rooms are too small and the hotel staff will always turn off the air conditioner, gyser all the time and no proper response from the hotel staff in phone calls and amenities(Towels, soaps and shampoos) are not provided and it’s totally an horrible experience in this CAPITAL WAY Hotel

Worst worst worst hotel to stay with family. Rooms are not cleaned, bed sheets are not changed, found big big lizards cockroaches inside the room. Arrogant staffs. They switch off the geyser and early morning we need to walk to the desk to ask them on!!! A/c started leaking mid night. When complained, no response by the staff. Horrible stay.. we were on the way to bhubaneswar on a trip and stopped here to take a nap. But, I regret the decision. We wld rather travel Instead of spending sleepless night here. Charged 2000 without reducing a penny. But such a worst service.

Basic rooms, for the rooms a little overpriced. We were on our way to Bangalore and checked in after 8 pm and checked out before 8 am. They said 2000 and agreed for 1800. But for the price it is basic. Staff while leaving asked for a tip too although they did not do anything

If there is no power there is no AC though they charge full on cost for the AC room

We have visited this hotel for 2 night stay with family. This is a family lodging hotel located at service road on NH. The hotel has car parking facility and surrounded by restaurants at walkable distance. But the hotel must need to work on better maintenance of room cleanliness. Basic needs are available.

Better to avoid if you are with family. I observed people were drinking, lots of beer bottle kept on lobby. Bcs of bad smell could not take rest properly. Bathroom accessories not good n cleanliness wise also not good.

Prime location... But A/C Rooms are charging around 2000+... little more
