Disastrously understaffed. Only one nurse who looks after registration, sending patients to doctor and does vaccines. Not a real Rainbow service. Management of the hospital must be rejuvenated. I never recommend this hospital for the people who value their time. It took 3.5 hours to get vaccinated. Just avoid. Update on 10th July 2021 :- we have visited facilities again today hoping that things would improve however no action taken in spite of their below reply. Doctor supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM as first appointment is scheduled at that time. Its 11:35 AM now and no doctor is available in hospital. Many parents with infants waiting for OP.

Very bad experience to me in Rainbow hospital.My baby(10 months) is suffering from fever i visited to rainbow on Sunday. The management told that, want to do Rapid test, without consultancy of doctor and said that your baby is positive(weight,plus,oxygen) levels are good. Doctor appointment is not available till Monday, only video consultancy is available on Monday afternoon.you should wait till Monday. They are playing with babies. On the same day i visited another hospital due to change of climate .

Staff not responding properly. Since two weeks i was chasing them to book an appointment. They simply say we will call you back. And appointment time should be there convenient time. Not as per the patient required time. Bangalore rainbow was really amazing. Staff was really good in booking appointments and all. Why in Vijayawada so mess.

I heard they are famous for painless deliveries. We started consulting them from before 2 months from EDD. I admitted my wife for delivery when she got labour pains. We thought of going for painless delivery. But wife was not attempted well by doctor over there since 4AM to 4PM. After she gone through lot of pains for for almost more than 10 hours. They did cisearian. Doctor did not even try for painless. At last they said that the stage is lapsed it's not possible for painless delivery now. Inspite of claiming insurance, I had to pay hefty amount apart from insurance cliam for thier tests and unreasonable charges under non medical section. Admit there if you have lakhs in your pocket. They are very premium. Even after paying tousands of bucks for thier tests, My baby's blood group was wrongly mentiined in report. Due to which they did not give some important injection to her which will affect her second delivery. I came to know actual blood groud through stem cell banking. When I questioned hospital, they gave some silly reasons.

Don't join this hospital with VIPUL TPA. 1st they given me estimation some price after final day came to join they increased 20 k and for VIPUl TPA they giving general ward as per 1st commitment they said I will get the twin sharing. Due to this I lossed 20k from Insurance. They don't have proper knowledge how to claim money from Insurance companies.due lake of there knowledge patients or we are loosing money from Insurance companies. Totally I paid 25k extra only because of there lake of communication and knowledge.

We came for TIFFA scan and the way the staff manage if the intial scan is not successful. They make you wait for more than 2 hours to get the scanning again. The management should correct this ASAP. The staff is careless and they dont respond properly when we ask how long to wait. This happened today 15th Nov 2018 at 2:00 PM. When we take appointments please make sure we are not spending more than 2 hours here.

Dr. RamPrasad Sir is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrics specialist. Excellent staff, highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Great service from Receptionist, Nurses and all other Staff. Well maintained Pharmacy in Rainbow Clinic at Governerpet Branch. For convenience of parents and patients, my strong suggestion is to establish a blood testing laboratory in Governerpet branch.

I visited this hospital to get vaccination for my 1 month old daughter. And Unfortunately I didn't had a good experience with this branch. - Hospital is crowded, lacks proper management of visitors - Vaccination : Dr Vijay seemed confident during the vaccination, but the way he injected doesn't look painless and so my daughter cried like hell, and then for the second one there was bleeding from her right thigh for which the nurse vaguely applied cotton and left. So I had to chase her to apply some more cotton. I didn't face such kind of unprofessional issues with Hyderabad branches.

Worst experience ever.waiting time is nearly 4-5 hrs not because doctor is busy ,it’s only for the reason that the doctor is walking late. Moreover corporate hospitals sud have a minimum knowledge and courtesy towards pregnant lady patients that sud they really wait for 4 hrs to see a doctor.never expected this from rainbow hospitals. I thought it’s one of the best hospital .. better don’t book appointment .. even if we book an appointment they say they have walk in and make u wait for 1hr 30 min and after waiting for a such a long time the doctor is too hurry to check the baby and answer our questions .. only for name sake it’s a big hospital better go for small clinics who has gud doctors and spare quality time with the baby and clarify all our doubts .

Need a clean place to eat food got from Patient or Visitor’s home! During One of the visita I got my breakfast packed from home. While my wife is visiting doctor I wanted to finished my breakfast, however there is no specific hygiene place to eat food got from home and I was told that outside food is not allowed inside hospital canteen and was asked to eat outside canteen where visitors, patients and staff walking!! Are you kidding me!!?? Needs lot of improvement if there is no specific hygienic place to have food brought from home. I appreciate if there’s a response and resolution to this issue! Thanks

Doctors are good. But concern is the irresponsible services that we cannot get a simple information on time. Like just to get the delivery package details I was trying from past 5-6 days and no use. Different people are connecting from customer care side, collecting details but no call from delivery package team eventhough i mentioned that is very urgent for me.

Worst experience at vijayawada rainbow hospital they show me like a tagore cinema, I went to hospital for my 3 years baby girl at 4am for head ache and fever they suggested to admit immediately, I said yesterday other hospital they diagnosis all tests reports results nothing is there. Those reports didn't consider and they didn't suggest anything, their intention is admit immediately we will do like, don't treat commercial...... Rainbow management Please look into this matter

Navigation doesn't point out exact location. Appointment are not on time. Neither they inform through SMS or call that even after taking appointment ee have to spent minimum 1-2 hours with sick child in hand. Even then we are opting this place just for the sake of Dr. Whom we trust and look upto.

Very insensitive behavior on part of the staff... I have requested the VC team to prepone as my 1 month old baby was crying continuously for 18 hours... staff were least bothered of my urgency despite multiple requests

Mr ram prasad sir was good and my baby had vaccination here and worst part is vaccination nurse and aaya were very very tightly hold baby without a single movement of her legs and hands..my baby got panicked..night time also she crying and giving hands to us in sleeping position(before she never used to do like that)my heart got wrenched by seeing her shivering…they charged 5k for two vaccines, even lotus and all corporate hospitals charged less and there only doctors give vaccination to children…its not worthy hospital at all..worst hospital ever…dont go to this hospital..they gives us appointment time but they wont follow…money minded hospital i have ever seen..
