Doctors are good. But nurses don't even know how to inject saline needles, they can't find vein and keep on piercing at different locations on hands. Severe swelling and pain for more than a week to both my sister and wife.. not just once... Every time a different nurse would do this and it is same. They won't even consider the complaint. Worst nurses and their behaviour too...

Here the treatment is very good in consultation and also in care. But the worst thing is only in pharmacy. The behavior of the pharmacists were very rude with patients and not giving minimum respect to the patients for any clarification about medicines etc. I didn't saw this type of behavior in my experience that too from pharmacists in a great famous multi specialty hospital.

I have so many questions on my mind, when I was coming to my hometown for finding the best hospital of my delivery. I m so thankful to Dr. Sandhya garu for making safe and normal delivery. She taken care of delivery very well. I m so thankful to paediatrician Dr. Surendra sir are the best doctor for my kid towards his care and attention. The nursing and housekeeping staff were also good. Our family never ever forget the moments at hospital. Thanks for all the service and support👍.

children specialist is very good doctor, he is very patience towards attending cases and give treatment responsibly... regarding gynecology treatment process is very very slow... and for scanning you need to go to hospital by 8 am... even gynecology doctors are good, but... staff I did not see any professionalism, they are careless... the worst part is - even though treatment is good, even if you took a/c room, you have to fight with mosquitoes... overall they need to improve their administration process

I take my kid here, and they are very genuine and very caring, and the doctor(Dr. Surendra Garu) here will explain what is wrong with our kids very well so that we can understand what they are doing to help us.

For gynecologist many doctors are their..we don't know to whom we are consulting..for every oppointment we consult different doctors..they don't have separate op system..not sure how they are treating and understanding patient health condition..

Eventhough samatha hospital has different departments they mainly deal with Gynecology and there are multiple doctors available 24×7, if everything goes well they will maximm try for normal delivery. Doctors behavior with patients is Good. Amount they charge is affordable.

Well careing staff, using advanced technology for surgery, good doctors with polite attitude , nice and peaceful place ,provides good and best treatment in Mangalagiri area and outs cuts , comparing with others hospitals little bit expansive , well maintained hospital with clean and green.

Scan doctor Dr. Susila's treatment towards patients is very nice. She treats her patients like her family members.
