Worst service of night shift staff in this outlet. Totally unprofessional by Mr Dukka Sai Kiran. Usually when the order is placed it's the duty to deliver to the customer but this weird person named Mr.Dukka Sai Kiran didn't deliver my order only. I ordered on Dec 10th 2022 at 12:05 AM order number 267, in app it showed me 45 min delivery, I waited patiently till 12:50, fun part was neither pizza was delivered and I didn't receive any updates regarding my order, only Domino's will deliver to my location hence I choose this😅 At 1:30AM I went to outlet still it was open but Mr.Dukka Sai Kiran didn't accept his mistake, he was like it was an internet issue hence it didn't show you the order is cancelled, Especially unprofessional behaviour of Mr.Dukka Sai Kiran, chumma he was saying unwanted stories later on he told like we had huge deliveries and the stock got finished this part was totally fun 🤣 imagine a big chain of Domino's saying there is no stock to prepare your pizza. Atleast when I went to the outlet at 1:30AM he should have given my order but he denied that saying there is no stock as of now. Later on I asked his number to contact him in case I won't receive my refund, but this great person Mr.Dukka Sai Kiran gave Currency Nagar outlet staff number, this is totally unprofessional, it was a mistake from his side but he didn't accept it. I called to the phone number he shared but the other person don't even know what happened, later on I came to know like he shared a wrong contact info. He shared a contact info of Mr.Naveen manager, when I called him he was like I don't even work in Domino's, I don't know what kind of employees Domino's is employing, neither they deliver my order nor they accept their mistake. If he had given pizza when I visited it would have been so great Totally unprofessional behaviour of Mr. Dukka Sai Kiran. By not delivering my order and sharing wrong contact info. Atleast from now onwards Domino's should employee proper staff where they have ethics and proper customer behaviour and support. Totally unprofessional by Domino's. Mr.Dukka Sai Kiran you are beyond unprofessional no words for you man!!

Best place to have a Pizza. A big Fan of their Veg Loaded and Garlic breads, also Choco Lavas. The only lacking thing here is they aren't online yet, means you can't order food via App and also they dont deliver to the locations beyond Poranki, which is a Bummer. I would love to see extended deliveries till Edupugallu or Penamluru. Else its a Decent place, but I feel the sitting is limited there and also the stairs are very skeptical it feels broken and will make you fall, so use Elevator.

The Place is good and has some cleanliness but the Food Quality for Veg is very different and in my opinion it is lesser than what I had experienced than different states, I have had Veg Loaded at so many places, this had corn but no tikki or beans, and it feels unpleasant to Me. Tho everything else was okish either but the Nonveg was good it had decent toppings and favours to it. Overall average experience but good service.

Domino's Pizza, the Brand for Great pizzas and Bread sticks .. Food here is upto the Expectations.. Unfortunately, the atmosphere inside is very Disappointing, it felt so messed up, unhealthy, felt as if we are in some street food court. Not even properly Air Conditioned hall, ac's are in a very bad Shape with soo much dirt everywhere. Kitchen looked better from outside, donno how hygiene they are maintained inside,

Disappointing experience! Many items out of stock and taking approx 30 min for dine in as well, that to with hardly any people. Better to avoid this branch.

It was worse, no proper service, charging huge money and providing only bread with veggies sprinkled without any cheese or anything, don't go, such a waste of money and time

These outlet guys are big cheaters. They accepted my order and didn't even deliver it. My money also gone. That so called manager is least bothered to call or respond also. After 5 days im following up still no refund nothing.

We went in the night to grab a bite. Seating facility and washrooms are available. Parking is a bit tough as it is on main road.they take more online orders so there is so much of waiting time to get one pizza forget about breadsticks and all.And even the taste is not Upto mark it is ok ok.I expected the real dominos taste and it is really missing.

A decent place to get a quick bite. Located in a easy center and near to Benz Circle. Attracts families and friends. All the Domino's Selections are available. Gets crowded on weekends. You can use Domino's app to place the order. Heaven for those cheese lovers.

I’m not sure why Dominoes doesn’t give kechup , chilly flakes or pepper packs without asking them. Everyone are busy with their routine and expect them to get them added to their deliverables. Taste was of-course great but you should add minimum add-on packs with the order.

Food was good. But felt like the place lost the spark. Atmosphere was not good when visited and forget about hygiene, the palce was crawling with insects. Management can do much better job in keeping the place in good shape.

Some veg pizzas are good .. about non veg pizzas hand tossed pizzas are worst ..and about atmosphere AC is not at well .. and that too hot air comes from kitchen ...

Delivery took 1hr 30 mins..(at 8 p.m.) food was inedible and cold. Customer care guy just gives assurances ("will be delivered hot and fresh" lol) without actually resolving the issue.

Taste was the best of all franchise's even in vizag i didn't got the satisfaction compared to here. I ve been here for several times. I suggest you to strictly Try the INDI TIKKA chicken Pizza with LOADED CHEESE you'll not regret. This franchise lacks proper ambience. Forget about the AC it never worked. It was attached with the KFC, so one can make a choice. It got Huge Seating Occupancy but the Reception is at its worst. Orders were not given on time. The staff do unnecessary Hungama, these all happen because they hire less members in the kitchen. I went into the kitchen they got very less equipment for making pizza's. Only one Oven was found moreover it isn't big enough. There was a time where they made me wait for 1 hr 15 mins for a Regular size pizza. They made the pizza but forgot to give it to me, they should be penalized for what I received but cleverly the always take the payment by Prepaid. They got idle Staff in more number better to fire them and Hire the cook's.

Best place to have your food. It is like main branch in the city. Very good place for seating. You can dine in. So the place will be a good time pass and enjoy with your friends and family.

I had a pizza 🍕 it was not fullfills my stomach it is just a snack time nice and the amibeance is below average old .

Not that attractive very less options. But staff are alert and fast delivery

Worth for your penny, very good place to go for relaxation. Really very very worthy of your penny. You feel the day was awesome, but traffic is very hectic in that area, parking is quite enough in that location wich will feel customers very happy and more relaxation. I would like to suggest others to go in that place if your planning to have good lunch or dinner with reasonable, this is the place very cheap you will get relish food. Cheese and butter are with good quality.

Things I liked: 1) Quality of service and the food is as per standards 2) Good A/C 3) Good for friends, families and couples 4) Little delay in the order, but okay 5) All payment modes available 6) pizzahut, kfc and other well known restaurants next to this restaurant, so one switch between these Things I didn't like: 1) You should park your car at your own risk Overall good experience
