I ordered Penne Arabiatta pasta at Barista Hyderabad airport. Surprised to see that the behaviour of staff was very awkward. 1. They served a very small portion of pasta and ot penne fusilli. 2. Normally they provide one garlic bread with this but today nothing and said we don't give. Last time I had the same with better taste, quantity, quality and a garlic bread. 3.. Ginger Honey tea - not available 4. Wine not available 5. Lemon tea not available They didn't had many things and the way they served looked like serving food to a beggar. At least for there should be some fair quality and quantity for food which you are charging and serving. I strictly condemn the behaviour and the level of quality they operate with. I would Request Hyderabad Airport authority to have a check on such cheating activity and provide the space to a better service provider. Simply pathetic !!!!!

Gave coffee without sugar. Did not add sugar even after asking. Reason given: COVID 😣 Not to mention, the coffee was horrible.

Cappuccino was good and fresh. But if you stuck on airport then this is the good option to try coffee and hot drinks.

Vinayak is an unethical, unprofessional,rude and a worst person who is in a customer service business but doesnt know a single word of service . He is the cashier in domestic transfer in hyderabad airport who lacks basic manners BARISTA should teach such basic ettiquotes to thier staff as people like vinayak will ruin Barista name To whomever it may refer in Barista if you consider your fame and name to be consistent then should have such ill mannerred person teach lessons on how to BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMER

Horrible service. The guy at the counter shouldn't be working there. He's a big set back to Barista's Image.

I cannot give less than 1 star! So I had to compromise. The outlet at the prestigious RGIA Hyd is the worst I have encountered. The staff is ultimate sultry or sleepy. He delivered my Amiricano in flat 5 sec. Don't attribute it to his efficiancy! God only know when it was made and reheated. He didn't have time to hear my preferences. In all fairness The outlet I had coffee in Vizag a week back was much bette. May be this guy is overworked.

Very rude behaviour by Yuvaraju at the main counter. The guy simply shooed me away because there was another counter for coffee, which at that time was unmanned.

I don't know why they aren't rated well. In my perspective, I can't be more grateful as they provided 2 bottles of milk for my infant in the time of need. Not a single store in the entire airport had milk even at a cost. Though I didn't place any big order, but for a Cafe americano, which was good. Their generosity is highly appreciated. Once again, thanks a bunch for your kindness.

I had a horrible experience and I'm hoping this was an isolated instance. My wife and I had to take an early flight out and with limited eateries open our choices were pretty limited. We decided to go for the simple veg grilled sandwich. What could go wrong? Everything. The sandwich constituents were obviously stale. 2 days of upset stomach only made matters worse. We already pay a fortune for food at the airport. Is it too much to ask for fresh ingredients? Please headover to the stores serving dosa. Atleast you get hot fresh food.

Expensive coffee and tea and certainly not worth it. Except maybe the espresso, which was good. Ambience is not great. Noisy and long waits during rush hours.

The staff at cash counter is hopeless . Busy in taking to colleagues and generate wrong ticket for me . I ordered coffee but he generated single shot of espresso and when I enquired he started to make arguments and didn’t accept his fault. I left my money paid with the counter without taking my order . Pathetic service .poor management by barista !!

Worst place to have a coffee. Coffee is bad apart from that staff having attitude problem. I met with cold stares, ignored requests, and outright dismissive behavior from your workers. They seemed more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and creates a negative experience for customers. It made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer.

I bought American as it was too hot I asked for cup sleeve , he said barista does not have those , than I asked a extra cup so that I can hold my coffee cup easily without burning my hands . The waiter was behaving very rudely while we are having this conversation finally I had carry coffee cup with tissue a paper

Is this really Barista. I ordered a drink and it was really not worth 250 rupees. Really disappointed in these big companies not giving any attention to their own stalls
