Good Gated community.. so many flats vacant as of now. So one can choose their liked flats. Pleasant atmosphere. Kirana/ Retail store and medical store is located in phase 1 and in phase 2 still not yet.. If anyone requires can first contact me too .. will help u out.. Note. Just check room space comparision between phase 1 and phase 2 if satisfied can go ahead Just cross check whether there will be problem with running train sounds in day time as well as nights as railway track is near by. Also check groceries availability, medicines and other requirements as prices will be high or MRP's and check whether you will be satisfied or not. For nonveg and all we have to go out and get or get it online delivered. I think.. No nearby hospitals except NRI As per my experience with phase 1 , i can proudly say i liked Apts with best spacious flats and best corridor space along with less power cuts and best housekeeping as everyday corridors will be cleaned by staff and hope u won't find this in normal gated communities too as i have not found anywhere in Guntur . Maintenance is best. Good secured place with security, and full of greenery with lots of neem trees for oxidised environment. Best of its kind apts Hope same with Phase 2. Main problem with the Grocery stores charging 5 Rs high more than MRP's for cool drinks and when asked they just says they are getting in black where in it almost 2 years crossed after covid. Even now they are charging high. You can get water cans home delivered. Both sangam and Vijaya milk products available. Having paid Gym, Swimming pool, and all indoor games as well as ample space for kids playing, and tennis courts , volleyball courts, and even yoga space with fresh air. Morning and evenings if you wish to go for walking, you can walk round the apartments of phase 1 and phase 2 .. it's more than enough for your walking as you can have the best experience with fresh air. If looking for more pleasant environment then best apts but should get adjusted for many things and if there are no one to help ur family in case of old age people , then may b difficult some times.

Raintree Park Willows: Worst club maintenance, pool toilets are very dirty. Is this world class standard?

As i am living here i would write up detailed pros and cons of this society Pro's Tennis court Badminton court Gym Swimming pool Basketball court Super markets Restaurant Medical clinic Water treatment plant Sewage treatement plant Indian post office branch Free space to walk around with greenery Con's Located in the middle of two cities If we need something we have to travel 15 kms As mentioned earlier even after having medical clinic it is operated only once in a week and nearest hospital is 8 kms far All the other facilities are used by phase 1&2 residents so every facility would be crowded always And using those amenities we have to pay extra charge even after paying maintenance Security is weak Having pets is a hassle Especially dogs As dog parents gets treated very badly and rudely by other residents Lot of sepages all over the phase 1 block Even mites issues are common in most of the apartment flats There is no generator back up in phase 1 for emergency power cut for household purpose except for commom areas Lifts are pretty old and always gets struck up in between No proper communication between association and tenants living in the flats regrading cleaning of water storage tanks and water supply cuts or any sorts Tenants always feel being left out from association as association is only keen on having conversations with owners who stay else where

Fabulous atmosphere. Didn't feel like comi6back from there after seeing the evening atmosphere filled with fresh air, trees and inside lake

Zero professionalism. Zero knowledge of how to conduct business. They will make you run after them like a mouse and cat and after wasting all your time, energy, and money even, they won't close the deal. First off, the prices aren't justified. Then the cherry on the icing is their team. Incompetent. No wonder, 95 percent of their apartments are still unsold. For everyone interested in this property, one word of advice to you. Please forget them and live in peace.

Unlike other gated communities, rain tree park is filled with lush green trees everywhere. Very serene and calm ambience. Well suited for every age group. Very spacious lawns. Very good spacing maintained between blocks. Artificial pond is the special attraction of the community. Community also have Kalayana Mandapam, Dasavathara venkateswara swamy temple. Good construction quality, good ventilation for every flat. Sales team is very helpful, their reception is very warm. They are helping in every aspect of home purchase.

The environment is quite good and peaceful ,,,only the worst thing is , you need a vehicle to travel from here to anywhere...You can't find a shop around 5km from this area
