Doctor is well experienced, but short tempered. He will not give chance to explain the condition of the patient and also there is only a one way communication. Because of his behavior his staff also behaves very rudely as such we are debtors to the hospital. From reception to ICU every one behaves like that only. They pasted a posted every where in the hospital that, keep the hospital clean, but their maintenance is more than the worst. Toilet flush will not works, campers are not clean. Nursing assistance is very very bad. Don't whether they are trained or not. They doesn't know how to put the cannula. For that they brought one and only senior male nursing assistant. I don't know, how my some of my friends are posting this as a very higine, good, beat, etc. Friends please post realistic facts only. Don't mislead others.

This is one of the worst hospital in Guntur. I am giving this rating only by keeping mind in junior doctors and nurses..we took my mother to this hospital in serious condition in Covid situation. Junior doctor came and saw my mother in Ambulance with out even screening/testing simply he said she has fever.. She was not at all having any covid symptoms. In fact she got her seizures first time. As we never seen seizures person before we were completely panicked.. They don’t know value of a life. We asked like,her condition is not good and last year only she had heart stent plz do something. Simply junior doctor said so what can we do. Being in a responsible position you can’t speak like this. By Gods grace she is doing good now. Only because of these people rejected the admission we went to Ramesh hospital. The way the doctors treated the person in emergency situation is very good. They know the value of life better than these people.

Main doctor behaviour is very rude... He running hospital with patients money.. but treating patients very very bad.. advice: Patience is most import qualification for doctors, you have to improve to give clear information for patients and give best suggestions( to save their money) , don't not gain money from poor patients ) and don't loose patients

This doesn't deserve 1 rating also. Bad maintenance and worst staff. Instead of doctor nurses are prescribing medicines in that medicines they are using only 1/4th to the patient and remaining 3/4th they are selling outside. They are just making cash by using patients. Very rude behaviour. They are like throw patients in that room and all. The staff doesn't even know what is bpm. How come they hires that kind of staff. Simply playing with lifes. I won't suggest this hospital to anyone.

So worst Staff/nurses, no proper maintenance, they are not even properly taking care of patient. Nurses are prescribing medicines and not even using 1/2 for the patient, they are earning money through backdoor by selling patient medicines outside. Playing with life's. I suggest to prefer this hospital as a last choice.

The main doctor is the person who is behaving like a ruthless person thinking that he can do anything to the patients. And the way he is responding to the family members very rudely related to the patient was very vulgar. He doesnt know the difference between gas pain and the heartache.

Refer this hospital on emergency only. This doctor have shot tamper and rude behavior on patients and their caretakers. I am victim of this doctor rude behavior. They will charger more by keeping patient for more days in hospital without treatment. Much a nasty people they are.

I also don't recommend this hospital for any treatment. This hospital staff is like money bugs on overcharging from the patient gradians and not giving the care also to worth the charges they do. When we visited at the entrance itself they charged 1500 Rs for Covid Rapid test where the Govt approved amout is less than 350 Rs. Then immediately taken to the Xray then again asked for outside test which are all waste of money even after these all test also they couldn't justify whether Covid or Not. finally they put my Mother health in Trouble for not giving Treatment on Time. Very bad experience and i never recommend this hospital for any one.

Good Hospital, op fee is 300 very reasonable & try to take appointment for 2 to 3 days before, ECG 100, echo 1000, Tmt 1000 very reasonable prices to compare other hospitals, complete total cardiac check-up bellow 3000, and many test are 1000 to 1500 based on u r problem, try to get before 10am because it's full rush with patients, very thankful to all op staff to respond very quickly & special thanks to Doctor to listen my health complaint very patience. I m strongly recommend this hospitals for any cardiac and cardiac related complaints .

I don't suggest to go to this hospital to use EHS facility. Doctor don't have enough time to treat the EHS patients especially for OP

Worst management especially, reception and manager.. they just want money no respect patient and patient attendants. Adhi Oka Cardiac Hospital but outpatient treatment is delayed. Will those who come as outpatients become inpatients at that timing...I know there are unqualified duty doctors working..don't goto this hospital.

My Uncle was having really high heart rate, pulse for almost the whole day. He was feeling very uncomfortable. Finally, we went to Karumuri Hospitals. Doctor took the ECG and other tests and explained the condition of my uncle. Gave proper medication and follow up schedule. I was really scared if something was going to go wrong. But sir treated very well and he haven’t faced any problem since then.

Dr. Srinivasa Reddy garu is the best cardilogist in entire guntur he given very good treatment and provides good quality of health, this is the place where we feel very comfortable for treatment & I m very thankful to Dr. Reddy sir, there supporting staff who takes very much care & which are very afforable in cost, staff are very coparative reception team had guided us and was there will us till last momement when we leave the hospital , I would surely recommend this hospital foe health checkup and treatment really felt very special and very comfortable

The mind set of the doctors and the staff should be changed they don't known to comfort the patients . They can't assure the patients by saying soothing words.

Best part is the doctor here understands the family’s tension and patiently explains the issue and treatment so that we can be assured. This is very rare in hospitals now a days. Definitely good hospital.

My mother in law had her valve replacement done here. Entire procedure was very well explained and the staff and nurses were super friendly and helped our family in that tough time.. Even Dr.Karumuri took personal attention and care in the entire treatment.

One of the genuine places. They take only necessary tests and doctor explained properly the issue. Too much tired and leg pain i was suffering from long time. Sir detected a block and immediately stent was put. It saved me from heart attack. Very happy.

This Doctor should understand that Patient and his family are not his Servants. My Father got 200/100 Blood Pressure and when taken to him he says that we should throw our BP machine in drainage, but his hospital BP machine is also showing 200/100 then what should we do with his hospital BP machine?. He not even performed ECG for a day. What a genius Doctor I should Say? If you are not able to treat just tell that in plain words. We are also professionals in our field. It is advisable to make sure you treat Patients with soothing words, else it may lead to defamation suite.

Such a stupid hospital , doctors are very inexperience, staff behaviour is stupid and nurses from ICU is worst ever , they simply sleep in ICu ,they dont care about patients. The main doctor(karumuri sreenivasa Reddy) is baap of all scraps, stupidity, I never see such a stupid person ,he himself treat like supreme , his behaviour on patients and thier family members is ruthless , i still don't understand how he became a doctor with out having single quality for doctor job. He don't know the treatments.he just experimenting on patients, and his behaviour is very very rude. He don't give suggestions and motivation for patients it's very important for a doctor to increase his faith. This is based on my experience at this hospital today, I don't want to comment on the treatment yet as we started our consulation very recently and hoping to end it here. It doesn't matter how good the doctor is, it's going to loose its reputation as long as some rude supporting staff disdain patients who comes for consulation waiting for their turns. This review is especially about one of the outpatient front desk lady staffs who is very loud mouth, doesn't know how to respect, fails to control rabble of patients and understand their needs, just collects fee and records BMI, and also some sort of senseless supporting staff who works in CATH Lab doesn't mind crosssing limits in his babyish talks. If patients are treated like this what sort of treatment can we expect from this hospital... just guessing...
