Capital hospital, poranki Vijayawada..Total hide and seek management, requested for reports of patient took around 5hours to give reports. Not only for us, everyone complaints on the same. Supported staff is not trained properly when we requested for room change for patient suffering with ventilation took around 30 mins to respond

Dr Ashwini Nelavelli madam's treatment is very good and caring... Highly talented and timely decision on treatment helped alot for Us. The hospital nursing and cleaning staff are very hospitable and caring... The food provided by canteen is very homely and good We are thankful to Dr Ashwini Nelavelli madam, Pediatrician Dr Venkata Ram Parvathaneni and the Nursing staff of OBGY and NICU staff and EHS staff

Great place for cardio related treatments. Dr Bhupal sir simply the best. He analyses problem very well and makes us understand issue very clearly and also suggests a right treatment. Other things I also liked here are Punctuality, Nursing team, Insurance desk, hospitality and hospital canteen food.

It is a multi speciality hospital, its surrounding and the rooms are well maintained and clean. Evening time even they spray mosquito repellents. Bit costly, definitely a place for patient to do his check up when cost is not an issue. I pray none of the people ever have to visit a hospital. 💐

The capital hospital services are excellent and we'll maintained staff and cleanliness. Overall good and advisable for health issues. Especially Dr .Bhopal sir senior cardiologist treated well and gave good suggestions and clarified all our doubts time to time.

Don't believe the ratings here. Witnessed the behaviour of their staff with my own eyes. One of my relatives had an accident and we have taken to this hospital considering the ratings shown here. They don't follow the minimum code of ethics like doing first aid for the patients. Totally money minded and will do further treatment only if we pay the money(which will be 2x). Lost trust after facing this experience.

Dr.Trivedi Garu urologist treated well. Excellent conversation.. sir done surgery to me for stones in kidney as well as stones at urine bladder... The treatment that doctor gave me was extraordinary he treated me like a friend not like patient.. at the time of surgery doctor gave to support and made me to loose fear at that time..... And especially the maintenance was hygienic and good.. nurses respond very quickly when we are in need..... .. over all I suggest this capital hospital for everyone for best treatment.

Don't buy medicines here.we think that if we buy in hospital they give right medicines but these guys will give what ever they have (some combinations) with out intimating us.if we ask they behave rudely. My experience, Dr wrote 30 tablets they gave 35 tablets with different combinations.in their box 5 tablets are left after I bought 30 tablets so simply added five tablets total 35 tablets gave it to me and also a different combinations.

I won't recommend this bloody Capital hospital to anybody. Useless doctors with worst treatment and so much expensive. I spent Rs.1500000 for 3 weeks for my husband (5th Jan. To 25th Jan 2024. But finally I lost my husband because of Dr. Velagapudi Sagar and Dr. Ramakrishna. Both are very careless. We don't have Children also. They are running hospital only for money but not for healthcare of the people. Even nursing also is too worst.

My mother M.Basavamma garu is treated by Dr. Bhupal garu cardiologist. PTCA done by doctor and the crew members, which is good . I am happy with the treatment was given by them.

Consulted Dr Suresh Kumar sir for gall bladder surgery he's pretty good at surgery, and everything went well. The staff are well trained and polite to handle every situation, and rooms and washrooms are clean enough to stay in. Comfort, and privacy depends on the package you select for. Periodical monitoring of patients and room service is good. Patient diet care is appreciative.

Dr. Bhupal from cardiology department he treated my father case. He joined because of Heart stroke. there is no remark on Bhupal sir treatment. He is very patience, cool minded. he listens to patient problem clearly and the way he replies to patient is soo cool.... Maybe Dr Trinadh is a good doctor and doctor sir treated well but the supporting staff and other employees have no responsibility. They literally made my wife and me to wait for 30 minutes for getting a reply. So disappointed with the way of treatment. When I started questioning them they erased previous medicine and made us to go for costly medicine. Felt very sad 😢

Im Sailaja I had taken treament in capital hospital from Dr Ashwini madam.Madam is very supportive and caring she is adorable for her nature and treatment. In first visit only madam explained clearly my condition and suggest that i required operation as I hav delivered baby through operation in one private hospital immeditley after one month i required second operation.Dr ASWINI madam done second operation which is rare and critical through laproscopy,madam has performed surgery with patience for 6 hrs in excellent way.
