The
price
of
the
rooms
is
as
expensive
as
a
5
star
hotel
in
Makati.
The
hotel
in
general
is
aesthetically
ok.
The
bedroom,
and
pool
were
enjoyable.
There
wasn't
allot
of
people
during
our
visit,
so
we
had
the
pool
almost
to
ourself.
But
the
service
was
just
bad.
To
be
specific
about
it,
the
people
were
polite.
They
were
just
understaffed,
need
more
training
and
some
of
the
policies
need
to
be
revisited.
For
example,
i
ordered
coffee,
charged
to
my
room,
to
be
brought
to
the
pool
side.
I
had
to
go
to
their
restaurant
twice
to
remind
the
waiter
of
my
order.
When
my
order
came,
it
was
served
in
a
paper
cup.
Felt
like
something
I'd
get
from
7-11.
I
asked
why
is
it
a
paper
cup,
the
waiter
said
its
hotel
policy.
The
breakfast
was
sad.
They
were
only
three
kinds
of
viant.
And
the
choice
were
sad
and
disappointing.
If
you
are
to
stay
here
for
more
than
1
day,
you'd
better
off
eating
outside.
The
rooms
weren't
sound
proof.
Throughout
the
night
and
early
in
the
morning,
we
hear
the
folks
in
the
hallway
and
in
the
other
room.
SInce
the
hotel
is
an
events
place,
expect
that
the
noise
will
be
there
till
midnight
and
starts
back
again
at
8am.
The
worst
here
is
the
checkout
process.
There
was
only
had
one
receptionist
manning
the
checkout.
Since
everyone
checks
out
almost
at
the
same
time,
imagine
how
long
the
lines
can
get.
REmember
the
coffee
i
ordered,
i
was
asked
to
pay
in
cash,
when
infact
I
was
charged
2k
during
check
in
to
allow
for
room
charges.
lastly,
when
we
were
checking
out,
it
was
pouring
outside.
no
one
assisted
myself,
my
wife
and
my
kid.
we
were
soaking
wet
as
we
rushed
to
the
car.
there
was
no
one
at
the
door
to
assist.
not
even
an
umbrella
to
use.
for
a
price
as
expensive
as
a
5
star
hotel
in
makati,
this
was
a
big
let
down.
i
guess
they
charge
that
much
because
there
is
no
other
hotel
available
in
dagupan.
