City De Luxe has always been part of our family's tradition. From lauriat meals to set meals for special occasions, we always keep on coming back to this restaurant.

Definitely one of the most loved restaurant by the locals and balikbayans. 60+ years in service and still serving Good food at very affordable price. Try the wide variety of pancits, battered chicken, premium chicken, ox tongue/lengua, lumpiang shanghai, shanghai fried rice, sweet and sour fish/pork, special patatim, chinese mixed vegetable, buko pandan cooler and many more!

Didn't enjoy the food anymore here. I used to love this place. It's one of the legend here in Dagupan City. I just don't know what happened. In my last visit I ordered pancit. It was too dry, didn't see much veggies on it too, not so flavorful anymore and nothing much on it. I have to use a lot of soy sauce and calamansi, but the dryness also made the noodles too chewy. We also had sweet and sour pork and for us, it was like we were having spaghetti. On the good note, they have nice staff, enough space for dine in customers, and spacious parking lot. Ambiance is okay, but I hope someday they'll replace the chipped plates, broken couches, and bent untensils. I would still go back here, but for now this is my rating.
