Not fully constructed but a great escape from stress. There are food offer like samgyup and milktea. But you can bring your own food with no corkage.

Good for picture taking and if you just want to visit new places with your family. Seems a lot people do bday picture taking here. Place is well maintained. Milktea is good but a little bit expensive and they also offer Samyupsal.

A perfect place to consider for milk tea and getting around and enjoy ambience. It is so surreal and incredible experience to go here. I would really recommend it and I will definitely go back again and experience the beauty of it and to get more incredible photo ops of the place. I enjoy my whole experience here.

₱100 entrance fee isn't really a good start when the only notable "feature" to take pictures is just that 1 of the 3 Hobbit houses. It looks like the whole place is still under renovation. When we visited the place, it's uneventful and just boring. The place has a lot of potential. My friends and I came up with good concepts to make the experience better in the future (i.e. Herbal plants, more trees, crops, etc.). We tried the milk tea for ₱150. Nothing special, other than us wondering what makes them cost the same as popular mall milkteas. Will I recommend this to my friends? No. Will I be back and try Farmville San Fabian again? No. What I can suggest is to look for other places around the area. We found a place just minutes away from this. For the same entrance fee, you'll get more and better views and Instagrammable photos.

Nice view and background for pictures...Would have been perfect if there is a complimentary drink (ice tea or orange juice) for the P100 entrance fee and discounts for special occasions 😁 (like teachers' day, etc)

Cozy breakaway from the hustle and bustle of life. We also got to bring our dog inside!

Love the eco concept. Super cozy and comfy bed. Awesome scenic spot with rice fields and flowers galore. Cute at night too. Pathway was fun to walk. Sweet staff. Note lots of flies, the Kawa bath is tricky and was either too cold or too hot. Small CR. Wifi useless. Still very cool and good to support.

A great place to unwind and distress. Simply beautiful and brings you closer to nature. If you want to feel that "province vibe", then this place is the place to go . They offer samgyup and milktea and you can bring your own food without corkage.

Come to Farmville San Fabian.. a place where you can stay and unwind for a stressful day.. Have a sip in their one of a kind milkshake that taste like no other milkshake in the world.. A fresh and green scenery your eyes could ever seen.. A good commodities and a smiling customer services in which you encountered in their can warm your soul..

A very calming and relaxing place to visit. They gave a kawa bath and hobbit houses that you can rent. The place has a lot of instagrammable areas for photo shoots and events. This is a unique place in itself. The sunset is remarkable (best time to visit). They also have a small hobbit house cafe that serves spaghetti, milk tea, and samgyupsal. The children would love this place because they will see chickens, ducks, goats, and birds and there is a playground with swings. They can also play jenga, checkers and sungca. For those who love to sing, they can sing their heart out in a pavilion where they setup a videoke. You also have a nice view of the rice fields. The entrance here is only 100 for adults and 80 for kids 13 yrs. and below. Come visit and I'm sure you'll like the place the same way we did!

Not much to explore and see in Farmville. The place is, unfortunately, not well-maintained. It is not advised to visit here after harvest season/activities (August until Ber months) due to flies being rampant around making your experience unsatisfactory. You won't enjoy the place if there are a lot of visitors as well. Parking space is limited but ample. Restaurant menu is dependent on the season. They have a milktea cafe which is okay but not that great.
