We were dining out with family for dinner, when we arrived we found bare footprints in our room. Thankfully nothing was stolen, but the fact that someone entered our room without our approval. We called front desk to express our concerns at which they told us they'll update us on the situation, which never happened. We went down to front desk to complain about it, then they called their supervisor. This supervisor had the audacity to say "was the door closed, did you lock your room?". Who wouldn't close their automatic locking room door? He was not help at all, didn't even try to help us ease our minds. This completely ruined my experience here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

if you have low budget i recommend this hotel but i tell you this hotel are currently under renovation but business as usual i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with breakfast for the cost of 1380 per night if you wish you can get per night for the cost of 1100 php w/o breakfast. But i tell you the breakfast is not as good as you think the fried rice they serve to us is not fried and it is cold as their air con what the heck all in all 3/5 i will post the picture of their deluxe room later

There is no free breakfast on regular rate, there should be free breakfast, amenity kit is a must, only 1 small round block soap, there is no shampoo and conditioner.

Room was clean. Ideal for back pack travellers and those business travellers who would just stay at night to sleep. Rate is very cheap. Clean but the place was kinda old though it was just rennovated. Elevator is not available. Good thing Hot shower is working. They have anterooms. Extra bed can be requested but they would not provide extra bed sheet.

Rooms are clean but needs to improve their ariconditioning and restrooms. Some of the rooms' AC doesnt get cold enough and showers are often broken. Overall i come there all the time but i hope theres improvement in the near future

Rooms' size are okay, but there were things needed to be improved in maintaining cleaner/fresher rooms. Staff were nice enough to accomodate our requests/feedbacks. No bathmat, toothbrushes-toothpaste, shampoo, and room slippers. Drinking water can be requested. Bathroom had a faulty shower faucet, can't be turned off so we felt bad about that and scared that if showering we might flood beyond the bathroom. Other than that, we feel it had one of the most reasonably priced room rate with better accommodations. ;)

Very accessible. Rooms are clean and have a reasonable rate. My tip - book directly to the hotel, their rates are cheaper than the one offered from online listing.

Value for Money accomodations. Tasty Food and manageable parking. Walking Distance to everything. Clean and tidy rooms with friendly staff. I would recommend this Hotel . Surely will come back

No elevator. Few parking spaces. Room is decent but doesn't have a rug near the bathroom door. Good for 1-2days stay.

Decent place to stay in dagupan for business trips. It’s worth the price. They just need to improve their service, we waited long hours just to take our official receipt during checkout.
