Coffee is served best. Staff service is commendable. The place is nice to dine in and take out It will not cause you to wait for your order. They are systematic.

I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and Belgian Waffle with Strawberry: Minimum caramel syrup in the drink. Minimum strawberry syrup in the Belgian Waffle. The waffle is only warm not toasted. What's the deal with minimum serving? Are you going to go bankrupt or take it home??? This is the worst place to order that I've experienced in the Philippines. Also, I saw a female employee preparing a drink… accidentally dropping the cup on the floor picking it up, and using it to serve. They should review their CCTV and dismiss this gross employee.

it;s the brewed which i love at Starbucks SM Dagupan and the ambience as it is conveniently located overlooking MH del Pilar street traffic. what i dont like with the coffee shop is the coded use of the rest room. when i want to pee immediately. i need to wear my eyeglass first before keying the code.

Very clean place and delicious coffee. The staff were very polite, patient, and hard working. Like to name Lee and Viv who did a great job! Will definitely come back here looking forward to a great experience!

Staff are slow and not considering the customer's long waiting time and queing. Food like pastries are not complete unlike other branch. Limited choice.

Food was nice. Staff were friendly. Good atmosphere. Took time to wait for our orders as loads of customers at that time. But overall it's good.

Located at the entrance ground floor of SM Dagupan. It's just like another typical Starbucks coffee shop. Nothing out of the ordinary. SM Dagupan, by the way, is a walking distance to bus terminals going to Manila.

No wifi and no almond milk or oatmilk options for coffee. Service is standard.

Like any other Starbucks, the place is comfortable. The place was not packed and that was a pleasant surprise. The coffee is standard fare. Wish they would have better blends, but what they have is good enough. So no complaints there and it seems they are pretty consistent. Didn't try any of the food.

I prefer the starbucks at the metroplaza. This starbucks has less chairs and more people. Too many students. Too noisy.

It was a pandemic experience but never had a feeling of it unless you get to sit on tables with labels on it. Nonetheless the service was seamless.

This is my first time to visit the store and it has a welcoming ambiance and beautiful interior design. The store is well- maintained too. Partners are very friendly and genuine. I ordered my usual Personal Tall Brewed Coffee and a Cookie.The POS partner is knowledgeable in taking care of my order. Regardless they have a bulk order in placed, they have managed to deliver my drink in a timely manner. Good Job SM Dagupan!⭐️⭐️⭐️ (i have observed in few stores that POS is unsure in ringing cup discounts and even informed me that i wont be eligible for e- sticker.)

Excellent products today. Our lunch was very satisfying, the plant based lasagna was served warm and delicious, our fruit juices were fresh and chilled nicely. My green tea was very soothing and all delivered within a few minutes after being ordered! The associate was sure to mention the sticker program also.

Limited sitting capacity accdg to the staff. They won't allow us to sit on the vacant couches. Social distancing they say, however we noticed that the seats with small tables are so close apart that customers cld easily reach out to each other. How very disappointing!
