We got in a little late for an overnight stay. The guard outside was very helpful. Thinking that our car might be too big to park it outside, he led us to a parking area across the hotel, eventually helping us with our carry-ons. Upon entering, we inquired about the restaurant as we haven't had dinner yet. It was almost their closing time at the dining area, still they accommodated us. Friendly and engaging staff, they were both a delight. They proceeded to tell us what is available and the reason why it isn't. For me that is good training. Upon check-out the next day, the housekeeping staff ran after us to return the socks left on one of the rooms. Clean and Elegant hotel in the heart of Dagupan City.

Just visiting sum1 who will be checking-in here . . . There's a BIG road renovation going-on good thing the parking is huge & FREE . . . The lobby is very small, we decided to eat while waiting & good thing we did . . . As a pancit lover, they have the best PANCIT in the World with their Bday Noodles, their dimsums is to die for as well. Staff are A1 :) The room, compensates all what is lacking in this hotel. I do recommend it while in Dagupan ;)

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Lenox Hotel. From the moment I walked into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and provided a cozy haven after a long day of exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making my stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend Lenox Hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience that exceeds all expectations.

Staff was extremely accommodating, warm and attentive. Room, sheets, bathroom was clean and in-room food service was great! I like the location: easy access to the main road, easy access 24/7 convenience stores and pharmacies are very near.

Clean interiors and rooms, friendly staff, and affordable rates make for a delightful stay at this hotel. Breakfast has generous portions and a good selection of options.

Ok so lets start with the one and only positive. We ordered food and the price was very cheap. I actualy expected it to be a small serving and bad. It was a very pleasant suprise that it was very good and a good portion size as well. So now the not so good. I booked a superior suite and i can only describe it as a dated old box. The room is very small and needs a good makeover. The grit from the wall tiles was falling off as i was shower. The water pressure is terrible and the tempeture was up and down. Now on to the service. We needed an extra duvet and called reception. I was totally shocked that they wanted to charge 1000 php for the duvet. They offered to reduce the price to 450 php. I didnt care about the price. I hated the principle that i have paid $300 for a room and they try to get extra money for a blanket. These guys just need to learn how to look after customers. Poor show and i wont be back!

Located right in the middle of Dagupan's two main commercial streets (Perez and AB Fernandez), this hotel's location is great. You are walking distance from most establishments in the city. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have quality furnishings (Sony flat screen TV, leather task chair, leather futon headboard and soft and plush comforters). Toiletries are complete and they have hotel slippers and complementary bottled water provided. The hotel is like a boutique hotel with artsy decor. Breakfast was good too. Definitely order the karaage chicken or milk fish. The hotel has free parking. The only issue I had was that water from the shower tends to spill over the toilet area. It might be only for the room we were given but not so much of a deal breaker. Also, there was ongoing roadwork in front of the hotel when we were there.

This is a go-to hotel whenever I need to work in Dagupan. Reasonable room price, decent selection of food during breakfast and near SM and city hall. They also have a lot of parking area available. Rooms are considerably large for it's price with available refrigerator.

The hotel is situated on a one-way street among the busiest areas of downtown Dagupan. It has luxurious guest rooms, spacious hallways, great restaurant, and accommodating reception staff. Elevator is also available. The building also houses businesses inside on the same level with guest rooms. The front of the hotel is only for pick-up and drop-off, while parking is available at the vacant lot in front of the hotel. Overall the hotel is great.

In the heart of Dagupan city, Dated rooms, clean and well sanitized, reasonable price range, breakfast included, accommodating service crew, friendly security personnel, open parking available. One of the best, if not the best, hotel to check-in within the city.

Great hotel! We visited Our Lady of Manaoag in Pangasinan then decided to stay overnight in Pangasinan. Booked via Agoda, hotel was affordable, lovely and with a great restaurant that offerd delicious and affordable meals. Room is clean and modern. My kid loves his stay in the hotel. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We managed to squeeze in a beach itinerary and cathedral visit before we checked out. Internet is great as well. The parking is across the hotel. I will definitely stay and go back in Lenox Hotel!

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Synthetic bed sheets, which make you sweat. Many menu items not available. No breakfast buffet. Breakfast only good for Filipinos.

My wife and I stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary. Lounge: The lounge is small but comfortable nonetheless. The aircon was a bit weak though. Personnel: hotel staff were polite and very helpful. Both check-in and check-out was quick. Internet: Internet coverage and connection was very satisfactory. Location: It is located a few distance from downtown and easy to find. Parking: Parking lot is big although located across the street.

Most basic room is very comfortable and cozy. Not the best but itโ€™s good enough. Beds are firm and soft. Bathrooms are clean. Room is cold. Hospitality at the receiving and front desk area is good and warm. However the restaurant team needs work. Unpleasant, cold and unattentive. The manager I believe named Darwin doesnโ€™t seem interested to make us feel comfortable or welcome to eat there. Felt like a compliance. He and his team also needs work in socializing with the guests. They donโ€™t look us in the eyes when they are talking. No hospitality at all like the front desk and receiving team. Food is as terrible! No disclaimer was made when they served us the order of danggit. Obviously disappointed, they were just ignoring it. Very bad service and food. Ordered last night also. Orange Chicken and some beef dish. Mango shake was diluted! Felt like eating at a karinderia. Anyway the only things that are good are the hospitality of the front desk and receiving team, and the basic functions of a cozy and comfortable room. :) Just dont get the food! And drinks!

Stayed here a few times already for work. The rooms were okay, but the mattresses were tearing apart by the edges. Though they were clean. The service was okay. The food was great - big saving factor for them. The dim-sum were very tasty and location wise theyโ€™re near the town proper. They have multiple differently sized conference and function rooms Their internet connection was unable to support enterprise requirement.

Got a room twice already. The restaurant, Feliz, is good with decent service. The menu has enough variety that caters to local and American tastes.

Our relatives celebrated their golden anniversary wedding here. The fact that the food was mediocre, this review isnโ€™t about that. Iโ€™d like to point out how we were treated by the food servers in this hotel. Our table was never replenished even ONCE. Not even a glass of drink was replenished. DRINKS! Meanwhile, the other tables at the front were properly monitored and were replenished with plenty of food and drinks. We were the last table but, is that how they operate? The further the table, the lesser the service. They think weโ€™re less important guests because weโ€™re at the back? I will not recommend this Hotel under any circumstances. Very dissatisfying.

Checked in here by the couples family, the wedding we were going to attend. The room was big and clean but there are a little problem inside the room. 1st was the bathroom when we showered the water spilled out the shower area so the whole bathroom floor was wet and the shower needs cleaning too. 2nd was the aircon.. we closed the aircon because the neighbors are burning something and the smoke is coming inside the room through the aircon and its hard for us to breath, but after that the aircon is also dripping water inside. 3rd if your a coffee lover dont expect free/complimentary coffee because they dont have. What's good about them are the staff who tend to the problem when you tell them. They are very prompt. ( shared video of the smoke that went inside our room)

Hated it...they don't leave the air conditioner on...So the rooms are so moldy and the mildew smell is not so kind to your nose. There is no iron if your on business...The bed is hard like a rock and there is no hot water in the shower...I'm cranky and I have already paid for 10 days...I'm on my 2nd day ..

When you visit one of the places in Pangasinan, better to have your staycation or days to stay here in this area accessible to what you needed. Safety is one of the important thing when you visited away from your family.

It was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, DAGUPAN is a notorious destination during the rainy season. I donโ€™t want to be the one giving this not so favourable rating but I want to warn the tourist against the flood. You canโ€™t get out of the hotel with your feet dry. The rains and high tide combine create a pool outside the hotel and many parts of Dagupan. Although it starts around 7 am it doesnโ€™t subside until around 3 or 4. If you really need to travel during the rainy season June to august, Iโ€™m sure there are other hotels here that does not flood (as much or at all).

good room. Unhospitable staff. Also, a first for me where a hotel doesnt allow outside food as they force you to their โ€œrestaurantโ€.

  • 3/5 Hazel M. 2 years ago on Google
If you are booking thru online like agoda or booking.com, the way of telling that payment has been collected thru your visa card is not true. Upon entry, the hotel will get the full payment +taxes + security deposit (w/c is refundable). If there will be a group of people coming in like photographers to shoot videos and photos for wedding preparations, make sure that they understand that any fixtures, paintings, furniture's and the like being moved even if returned back to its place will result to 3,000 pesos penalty. The hotel's food is good, staff accommodating, rooms average and basic (std room). Bringing of food is not encouraged and no food delivery allowed.

Internet connection is not that stable. I'm not sure if it's because of my room location but I recommend asking the receptionist to book you near the router or something especially for those who will be working during their stay.
