Tgere
were
only
around
30
of
us
left
but
it
still
took
me
2
hrs
of
waiting
before
my
name
is
called.
People
kept
on
complaining
of
the
slow
service
but
the
complaints
just
went
to
deaf
ears.
They
also
got
mad
that
we
cannot
wait
and
we
kept
on
complaining.
Seriously?
One
of
the
clients
there
said
she
was
there
early
morning,
but
up
until
I
came,
which
is
around
3
pm,
she
still
hasn't
received
her
certificate.
There
were
also
a
lot
of
certificates
that
were
paid
at
7
am
but
only
released
late
in
the
afternoon
and
no
one
was
already
there
to
claim
the
certificates
because
people
got
tired
of
waiting.
Apparently,
if
you
complain
they
will
just
say
to
you
to
wait
because
there
are
people
who
are
waiting
longer
and
were
there
earlier.
Little
do
they
know
all
those
people
are
also
complaining
outside
but
they
cannot
voice
their
complaints
to
the
officers.
I
went
there
May
29
and
was
asked
to
come
back
a
few
days
after
(June
1)
because
they
have
a
slow
internet
service.
I
was
able
to
go
back
June
5
because
I
cannot
just
take
a
work
leave
just
to
get
a
birth
certificate.
When
I
complaint
of
the
slow
service
one
officer
said
"Pinagbigyan
ka
na
nga
ma'am
June
1
ka
dapat".
Seriously?
Sila
pa
ang
proud
na
pinapabalik
ako
ng
Jine
1
eh
kung
tutuusin
sila
lang
ang
pinagbigyan
nga
mga
tao
kasi
bumalik
kasi
when
in
fact
dapat
1
day
processing
lang
and
birth
certificate.
Wow.
The
audacity
of
these
government
employees.
They
did
not
even
apologize
for
disrespectung
our
time..
for
making
people
wait
for
long
hours.
Napakainconvenient
na
nga
sila
pa
ang
galit
kapag
may
nagcomplaint
at
nagdabog.
I
just
really
hope
this
particular
PSA
branch
can
improve
it's
service.l
kasi
as
of
now
mukhang
wala
na
silang
pag-asa
mag
improve.

I
