Amazing location, nice atmosphere and live music, beach and the city are easily accessible. Nice rooms with modern look too.

A perfect 5 star hotel. We have stayed here 4 or 5 times already. The meals are super good, the view is gorgeous, the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is polite and friendly. I definitely will come back.

It is the third location of the Mers hotel group I have visited. It is a hotel of the sixties that had undergone major transformations. The result is very good. The hotel is better than Mera. Resort although the first place is still held by Mera Onix The rooms are lovely and very clean. The view is beautiful. The service is very good. I liked the breakfast it served. Although it's not so refined as at Mera Onix you still have a good choice of foods. One downside is that the own parking lot is very small so you must use the public parking at the harbour. I will definitely recommend it.

Very nice four star hotel right on the beachfront. We tried the restaurant for a dinner and, having been in most places across Mangalia, Mera was by far the best in terms of service, food, atmosphere and overall aspect.

Best hotel in the south of the romanian coast. Nice rooms, perfect sea view, very good food. We try to visit at least twice a year in the low season.

Restaurant is very over-rated. Benedict eggs and lebanese mix have an own recipe, nothing like you used to know and the prices do not justify. Very disappointed.

Uncooked duck and strangely fast service. So fast that we wondered if the food hadn't been cooked before... Update after the hotel reply: We have given the feedback, please ask the waiter. He offered to bring a "hot stone" or something like that to cook the duck as we want. We don't pay a premium price to prepare the food ourselves so please don't try to minimise the issue. We have visited the restaurant on May 30 in the afternoon and we paid a total of 429 RON by card. You have all details so you can check what was on our bill, who was the waiter and why he did not gave our feedback to you.

Fancy food (well fancy for the Romanian seaside touristy traps), but the music was way too loud, a common ailment in Romanian restaurants, and this dinner conversation impossible. And the male singer was upset because we didn't applaud enough.

Restaurant review A week ago, we waited for more than 20 minutes to order breakfast, but nobody even look at us, although there were literally few customers in the garden and at least 2 available waiters. We left unserved. Now, we are waiting for our dinner. No soups and no pizza, although they are at the menu, waitress totaly absent and obviously in a rush, looking at other tables, while taking our order. Nice terrace and atmosphere, but the service is poor. Waiting 20 minutes now to get our drinks. Oh, yes, the prices are high too.

Quiet, clean and fancy place. The restaurant is not that fancy you may expect. Overcooked food is on the daily base menu.

The best thing about Mera Brise is the location. Else... I was pretty disappointed. You can check yourself the pics with the room: the lid of the toilet was broken, the bathroom is very narrow, they added a cover to the couch so you don't see how clean it is, on the balcony they left a clothes hanger just like that. This is for sure not a 4* hotel.

Best 👌 Hotel in town

The hotel is clean and the restaurant is open for drinks until late in the night. Surprisingly, the staff at the reception desk insisted to know who with whom from the group will stay in the room.😂

Very nice and clean rooms, staff is friendly and the whole experience here was a pleasure. Restaurant is ok and the breakfast included has a lot to choose from. I’ll come back here next time.

I was deeply disappointed about waitresses attitude. They are not having any idea about hospitality at all. I could recommend the place,because the food was acceptable enough,but the service totally unsatisfactory.

We only went to the restaurant for lunch. It wasn't so crowded. It was a tad overpriced but I guess you pay for the location and the view of the Beach & the Black Sea. The food was good & the waiters were friendly. It is close to the city centre & market... not that the city is too big 😉 Walking distance to the lighthouse. Recommended 👍
