I was here before and the food and the service has always been questionable. The place is generally super quiet off season. The waiters are super careless and too busy talking between them to notice you need something or require the bill. Prices are way too high for the food they are serving - you only pay the view.

However the Hummus was dry and had no taste. I would have loved to offer this location 5 stars but the bathrooms were poorly maintained, the bins were very rusty, which is too bad for such a nice restaurant. A beautiful place on the boardwalk near the sea. It deserves its name and I can say it's a place to see if you're staying in Constanța. Have a coffee or a cocktail, sit back and relax.
