Great location, fantastic staff, great customer service(dna roxana) true 4* conditions with private beach area Upon arrival we were greeted in a welcoming mannner, given room keys, asked if everything was as planned and then we dealt with any other transactions. The room was clean, smelled fresh, with a big bathroom and a nice balcony. The room wasn’t very big but it was functional. Every morning we were greeted by all staff present, breakfast on a pretty small patio with coffee and fresh juices. The beachfront was about 150m away from the hotel but pretty easy to get to (flat terrain). The sand was fine, there was no algae or rocks where the private beach was. Every 2-3 chairs had an umbrella and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay a couple of days and we were easily accomodated. This is definitely the place to stay in mangalia. Will visit again!!
